    Military Front Raise: 100lbs 1x10, 8, 6 followed immediately by 40lbs DB shoulder press of 1x6

    Cable Single Side Lat Raise: 3x8 each side

    Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 1x10
    Neutral Grip Lat Pulldown: 1x8
    Narrow Grip Lat Pulldown: 1x8

    Cable Rows: 3x10,8,8

    Slow Paced Squat: 100lbs 2x12
    120lbs 1x10


    I finished my work-out in just 45mins. Sobrang hingal and feeling weak. Supposed to be kahapon pa ako nag work-out. Ang daming nainom kahapon. Di nakatanggi at nagkayayaan after shift from 11am-6pm. Nakarami rin ng yosi. At ito ang pinaka ayaw kong pakiramdam sa lahat. I lost almost 3lbs. Alam ko sa sarili ko na isang inom ko lang at isang bagsakan ng napakaraming yosi eh mangangayayat na ako. Napasubo lang kahapon talaga.

    All workouts were performed in a slow paced. 2-3 seconds per rep

    Push Ups: Wide: 1x30
    Neutral: 2x25
    Narrow: 1x30
    Dips: 3x20

    Did biceps exercise lifting the pale. .LOL!
