    Baka gawin ko na lang Deadlift day para sa akin. Pa-check ko kay Jettie at vinch ang form ko sa Conventional Deadlift

    Though, ang main stay na sa program ko ay Romanian Deadlift. Bihira na ako sa Conventional Deadlift
