begginer workout routine

ako po c rik,16 years old..
hingi lng po sana ko ng tulong para makumpleto ko ung Routine..
1 week plang po ako nag woworkout.
kunting tips nman po pra saken oh..
wala po kasing intructor dito sa gym namen ea..
umaasa lang po ako sa video sa youtube.

    as a young person who wants to lift
    mag focus muna ako sa mga big foundation ng mga exercises

    at ito yung squat, deadlift, benchpress, overhead press and chins
    yung good program na recommend ko sayo ay yung stronglifts 5x5
    basahin mo yung blog, nandun lahat ng mga information sa mga beginners
    at pano gawin yung exercises atsaka mga tips.

    sir focus on foods po muna, like chicken breast, pork tenderloin, lean beef, eggs, fish/tuna, wheat bread, peanut butter then sundan mo po ung 5x5. wait po natin ung mga masters natin dito
  • Don't take supplements YET.
    They won't do "wonders" to your body. Don't let yourself brainwashed mula sa mga advertisement ng supplements dahil lahat2 ay posible sa marketing world ngayon.
    Tagal na ako hindi nag susupplements, still hitting PR and getting bigger as well.
    Eat food and lift. That's it.
    Although yung supplements like whey protein
    may tulong sa may mga nahihirapan mag prepare ng meals at nahirapan mag hit sa kanilang protein intake.

    Pero as a beginner, hindi mo talaga kailangan.
    No supplements will replace REAL FOOD and PROPER NUTRITION.
