Mga master pa advise...i've been hitting the gym for 9 months na, started at 125lbs 5"7 and now at 140lbs, sa 9 months na yun, nag papabulk talaga ako, ngayon is it time to cut na? parang medyo malaki na kasi tiyan ko hehe
sabe nga ng mga masters dito: Pag sa tingin mo mukha ka nang butete at kuntento kna, tsaka ka mag cut.
If im not mistaken allen said this as an advice kay chico enzo, ( though sinabi ko rin to dati dun sa nag tanong till kelan sya mag bubulk )
IMO, medyona misunderstand nila ata yung advice na yun, hehe!
If I'm not mistaken, what I've emphasized before was it DEPENDS on your goal, let's say you would like to bulk up to 180 - 190 lbs. but hitting 160 - 170 lbs eh mukha ka nang butete ( lumba lumba ata sabi ko nun LOL! di ko alam, I forgot na) , tutuloy mo pa ba yung pagbubulk mo? syempre mag cu cut ka muna,
what I've learned from this site is when you say " CUT " . it doesn't necessarily means na you'll be on a caloric deficit. you can still eat on the same calorie na nag bubulk ka BUT you need to add more intensity on your training, how? lower rest time, incorporate any form of cardio etc. ( if im not mistaken, si sir vinch nagsabi sakin nito eh, >>> sa intense nang training mo eh para ka na ring naka calorie deficit since your burning more energy ).

Balak ko na po kasi mag cutting kahit Hindi pa po ako masyadong bulk.. I'm currently 5'6 and 70kilo with 25-30% body fat I think.. Yung medyo may tiyan at side belly...
Mag iisang taon nadin ako nagbubuhat nagsimula ako feb2014.. Medyo satisified nako sa gain ko..BTW I'm 50 kilo before I started lifting weights..
Gusto ko po sanang magpa abs before march or April tsaka medyo mag cucuts yung braso ko at mabawasan ang mga taba2 sa katawan..
Lifting stats ko po
Bp 170lbs 3×8-10
Op 80lbs 3×10-12
DL 160-180 3×3-5
Sq 160-180 3×3-5
Nagbabalak po sana akong bumili ng supplements pinag iisipan ko po kung CLA or L-carnitine...(my mga nagsasabi hydro or lipo6) I'm not yet sure kung ano.. Tsaka kung whey protein or BCAA nalang...
Sa pagkain naman balak ko pong wag ng kumain ng mga fried at matatabang pagkain.. Baka more on boiled, steamed or grilled na lang ako..tsaka balak ko din po mag gisa gisa ng gulay like beans or broccoli etc.. Ano po ba yung diet friendly na pang gisa and pampalasa narin..
Tsaka kung may mga ibang tip pa po kayo for cutting ok lang po kung magsuggest kyo..

ABS are made in the KITCHEN! ))).... proper nutrition and diet lang talaga, iwas sa fatty foods, eat MORE protein! (lean meats, eggs, etc.), eat MORE gulay (hanapin mo sa bahay kubo) and fruits!....
which is better? testosterone booster or mag take ng vit D and Zinc? to Lose weight po ang target ko, may Mutant Mass ako as replacement sa food,pero nag tatake pa dn ako ng solid protein foods,,thanks
kung ang goal mo eh to lose fat, weight AND muscle , you can do what you're doing right now, sino bang di papayat ganyang calorie deficit, hehe! kahit di ka mag gym, papayat ka talaga niyan,

after workout at night lang namn ako nag mutant for Meal Replacement. pero nagtatake pa din ako ng other meals ,without rice nga lang,in 1 week nakaka 3x lang ako ng lunch with rice
