    simulan mo na sa BW mo, 160lbs. Isantabi mo yung ngalay, sakit at hingal... hindi yun ang measure ng intensity, hindi rin yun magandang basehan ng capabilities mo. BUhatin mo hangang kaya mo. Ang mahalaga magawa mo nga maayos at paulit ulit kahit mahirap at masakit. Side effect lang ng intensity yung pain. Good luck :sport:

    BW Update as of yesterday..

    170 lbs na ako. Though hindi ka ganun ka bilis yung weight gain ko every week. Kapag mga 1 month na at hindi na ako nag gain ng weight, oras na para kumain ng limang beses sa isang araw. Sa ngayon 4x a day ako kumakain :sport:

    Hi @SmallWIJI and @Ghee, Salamat po sa inputs. Nakatry na ako ng enervon, pansin ko lang sa kanya is nagiging yellow green yung ihi ko pagkainom tsaka nakaka antok kaya before bed ko sya iniinom dati. Ganun din ba epekto sa inyo?

    Weight as of today: 171.5 lbs

    Saturday:

    Flat bench press: 90lbs
    Decline bench press: 90lbs
    Lateral pulldown: 70 lbs
    Seated cable row: 150 lbs
    Tricep pushdown: 40 lbs
    Dip crunch: 40 w/ 10 lbs dumbbell

    Sunday:

    Dumbbell shrug: 60 lbs
    Front plate raise: 35 lbs
    Dumbbell shoulder press: 30 lbs
    Upright barbell row: 70 lbs
    Dip crunch: 40 w/ 10 lbs dumbbell

    Squat: 180 lbs
    Dead lift: 150 lbs

    Teusday:

    Hammer curl: 20 lbs
    EZ bar curl: 20 lbs

    * Other WO for this day is alternate Bench press or Shoulder/Traps WOs

    Sure bro @Ohsnap, mag picture ako one of this days. Hindi padin ako ganun ka bulky tingnan pero nag improve naman na kahit papano. hehe Siguro nga effective talaga sakin yung 8-10 cups of rice a day. Sa ngayon every 8:00 am per week ako nag titimbang bago kumain.

    Nung unang month ko, nag Muscle Juice Rev ako as weight gainer pero itinigil ko din after nung 11 lbs tub. Sa ngayon Multivitamins + Promatrix 7 ang supps ko.

    - Nagkaroon ng revision sa WO program ko, napansin ko kasi na parang hindi lumalaki yung bicep ko kaya inadd ko na din sya sa Sunday ko tapos add ng sets kapag arm day (Teus/Thurs).

    * Sa tingin nyo mga sir, kamusta ang progress ko compared dun sa pics?
    * Suggestions po para sa biceps/triceps WO? Ganito ba talaga kapag Ecto, ang hirap magpalaki ng braso o kulang pa yung ginagawa ko? :(

    Hi SIr @Ghee,

    1. I mean, yan na po yung kaya kong buhatin. SL 5x5 yung gamit ko na program tapos may halong isolations.

    2. Yes sir, sorry hindi ko nailagay. Bent over barbell row for back. Upright barbell row for delts.

    e paps pano naging sl 5x5 ung prog mo na may isolation? baka you mean, 5reps x 5 sets pero hindi SL 5X5 paps. malayo ung concept ng ginagawa mo sa program ng SL... ayaw mo itry paps?

    hmmmm. sige mas pasok pala kung tatawagin syang 5x5 lang. Basta ang mga compounds ko po is 5x5 tapos yung mga isolation is 12x3.

    yan mas pasok. mag heavy ka sa rows, facepulls/close grip lat pulldown chaka dl. kahit naka pyramid lang. gawin mo kabhit twice a week chaka sundutan mo ng iso tyak putok yang bicep mo.

    Magiging busy ako for a few months for an upcoming project, it will minimize my gym sessions in 2x a week (Saturday and Sunday). haaaaay! :-l

    I guess this will be the split:

    Saturday: chest -> back -> tricep -> abs
    Sunday: traps -> delts -> bicep -> squats -> deadlift -> abs

    Okay lang kaya yung magiging WO split? Same goal padin, strenght and to gain weight (Bulk).

    can't you make it at least 3 times a week bro? di ko pa nasusubukan twice a week pero IMHO, parang it's not a good split for optimal result. Isa pa, dalawang araw na magkasunod, you're not even taking in consideration yung pahinga..pero kudos pa rin at least you can still lift,. :)

    By Feb or March after matapos ng project hopefully makapag 3days a week na ulit ako. Bro @rtravino29, wala ako magagawa sa ngayon sat and sun lang talaga yung libre ko kaya ang ginagawa ko nalang since magkasunod na araw yung training ko is todo pahinga at extra kain. ang hirap ng buzy sa trabaho at ibang obligasyon hehe

    Thanks man! Akala ko nung una forever nalang akong magiging payatot as an ecto. hehe. Kaso kailangan kong itigil muna ang cardio ko w/c is basketball para mag gain ng weight. By 180 lbs siguro ibabalik ko na sya para magbawas ng body fat!
  • Para sakin wag mo itigil bro, make sure kumakain ka lng enough para mag gain weight ka.
    Daming benefits sa cardio eh. Nag eenjoy kana ng sport mo plus nagkaka build ka pa din ng muscles ;)

    PM7 is a whey protein
    ON Amino is well.. Amino,

    mag kaiba sya bro hehe! :)

    nasa sayo naman yun eh, if duda ka and you feel that you're wasting your hard earned bucks, then go, replace mo. try mo ibang whey protein, ( maxx sei mura lang din try mo mag hanap nun)

    well.. SUPPLEMENT lang naman sya eh, it's not the staple stock of my diet. so kung duda ako sa PM7, papalitan ko sya,

    Tama nga naman. Naka 2 bag na ako ng PM7 for 2 months, nag gain naman ako kahit papano in terms of muscle and strength (though hindi lang naman yun ang factor kaya ako nag gain). Gusto ko din maka try ng iba tulad ng naitanong ko to experience and detemine thier benefits nadin. hehe. Hindi ko kaya pag sabay sabayin ang laklak nun dahil kapos sa buget. hehe

    WO side naman,

    Mag add kaya ako ng chin up sa back WO ko? para sa benefit nadin ng biceps ko. Chin ups kaya ko pero pull ups hindi pa :(

    same tayo sir.. haha nka 5 bags nako ng Pm7 2 times ako nag ttake minsan 3.. nagkamuscles nman ako pero nung d ako nag ttake ng pm7 nag ka gainz dn diko talaga masabi.. 1700 5lbs sa lazada pero mag ttry ako ng Goldstandard 1720 2lbs sa lazada so ang gagawin ko ittake ko nalang ang ON GOLD STANDARD POST WORKOUT then yung ibang protein ko kukunin ko nalang sa whole foods like chicken and eggs..
