  • If anything, I'd hats off TS for starting early. There's that zeal typical of teens which is easy to lose when you get old. Good luck din :).

    i mean po yung basic ng bodybuilding,may balak po akong gumamit ng steroid yung anodrol,gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng advice about steroids
  • OMG! steriods Serious ka? hindi basic bodybuilding un. masyadong bata kapa and you dont have enough mass pa. much better kung magbuhat ng magbuhat kapa let say hintayin naten mahinog ung katawan mo bago ka sumabak jan sa iniisip mo bro. saka mo na isipin yan kapag ok na foundation ng body mo just saying!

    Una gusto mo magkaroon ng dumbbells na 20lbs tapos may plan ka mag take ng steroids tapos bubuhatin mo lang 20lbs.

    kala ko ba alam muna basic ng bodybuilding? pero bakit ganyan ang plano mo kagad?

    bata, kahit very serious ka pa sa pangarap mo maging bodybuilder, hindi makukuha sa madalian yan. 17yrs old din ako nagstart magbuhat, never ako tumigil for almost 13yrs now, never din ako gumamit ng steroids, hindi man ako kasing laki ng mga halimaw na bodybuilder, proud ako sa acheivement ko ngayon. Wala ako kilala na kagaya ko pero alam ko madami kami.

  • Good thing you went here then. Steroids, while it an be beneficial for serious athletes and competing bodybuilders, is not something to take lightly. You're too young to need any testosterone supplementation, in my own experience lifting during puberty gives your body a great anabolic response, almost akin to acctually having taken steroids. You're too young, inexperienced, and quite honestly too stupid to even think about steroids yet. Don't get ahead of yourself, try really learning the basics first before deciding on more advanced stuff.

    serious lifting of 20lbs dbs? kahit magsteroids ka wala mangyayari sayo, sisirain mo lang katawan mo. bro payo ko lang, hanap ka ng maayos na trainer bago ka magsimula, kahit basic na sinasabi mo parang di mo pa alam. Bata ka pa, wag mo sayangin potential mo.

    Nakita ko sa journal mo hindi ko sure kung 2 years kana or 2 months sa bodybuilding dahil ang nakalagay lang dun is 2.

    if 2 months ganyan kana kalakas sa BIG 3?

    Then if 2 years kana sa Bodybuilding tapos gusto mo bumili ng DB 20lbs lang hanap mo?

    i want to collect DB because simply i want to invest for a home gym,
    other people doesn't know how hard i work for my body and to get strong,i spend a lot of hardwork in the gym for 1 year,i started woking out in the gym when i was 3rd year highschool,tinuturuan din ako nung instructor don pati diet tips tinuturuan ako,,,i also workout at home kase gusto ko talagang pumayat nun at lumake ang katawan dahil ang daming nangaasar lagi saken,my father made me a barbbell and a set of DB's,and ang dami ko nang napanuod na workout videos sa youtube,nagresearch ako ng iba't ibang diet,tinry ko lahat pero fasting lang nakapagpapayat saken,yung ginagawa ng hodgetwins na 20 hours fast and 4 hours eating window,every morning nagwoworkout ako sa bahay ng fasted,,,

    ,every person has their motivations in life, di natin alam kung gano sila naghirap na maachieve ang isang bagay,kaya don't judge others
    di ko alam kung ilang kilo ang nabawas ko dahil wala naman kaming timbangan sa bahay,nakapagtimbang lang ako sa gym,

    diko alam dahil 100 lbs lang lagi ang binubuhat ko sa benchpress,sa squat at 120 lbs sa deadlift nung di pako naka creatine

    ito lang mga question ko sayo:

    1. 3rd year highschool ka ilang taon ka nito? at anong year mo na ngayun?

    2. Sa tingin mo ung sinasabing mong legal steriods papayagan ka ng parents mo gumamit nito?

    3. May idea kaba kung anong magiging side effect sayo nitong anodrol, orala steroid like winstrol,equidren and omifen?

    4. Magkano ba baon mo para maafford mo ung legal steroids na sinasabi mo?

    5. paano naman ang cycle or pagtake ng legal stgeroids mo? alam mo ba kung ano at mga bawal kapag naka steroids kana?

    Dont worry lahat tayo dito motivated ang amin lang naman bakit need mo gumamit nun?

    Nirerespeto namin ang goal mo pero wag mo muna isipin ang ganyang mga bagay dahil masyadong bata kapa at marami ka pa dapat malaman.

    1.14 po ako nung 3rd year,1st year college napo ako ngayon 16 years old
    2.di po ako papayagan nun,magagalit sila
    3.diko po alam kung anong sideeffects nito sa teenager,
    4.nagiipon po ako sa allowance na binibigay sakin kada linggo pambili ng supplement
    5.diko pa po alam ang mundo ng steroid,wala papo akong alam dun

    Chong, alam ko narinig mo na to sa mga magulang mo, alam ko nakakasawa pero. "Makinig ka sa mas matanda sayo" maniwala ka. lahat kame dito gusto ka tulungan pero, makinig ka ah. kasi baka ngaun palang ganito kaaga masira agad yang katawan mo. malayo layo kpa at wala pang masyadong pinag dadaanan gusto mo na agad ng EASY WAY OUT. theres no such thing (srsly)

    OMG. And dami mong gusto bilhin :| ganyan ganyan din ako dati, lahat gusto ko kumpleto ako, (belt, supps, gloves, gym clothes, shoes etc.) and from my 2+ years (palang) sa laro, alam mo natira? WALA! haha. ung belt ko pag DL and Squats lang. Gano ba kabigat yang bubuhatin mo at kelangan mo ng Belt kapatid? Knowledgable knba sa basics of BB and Nutrition? i mean, proper form of each Exercises? food that you take and burn? all of those stuff? check mo muna kung alam mo na TLGA ung basics before buying thigns, baka hindi mo pa kelanganin ngaun yan since youre just starting out.

    alam ko na po yung mga proper form and diets,preworkout meal,post workout etc..
    ang inaalala ko lang po is baka magkainjury po ako,dinedeadlift ko po ngayon is 150lbspasensya na po kung masyado akong mayabang ,alam ko marami pakong kelangan malaman
  • congratz sa weightloss mo kid, acheivement yan. pero kalimutan mo na yan dahil introduction lang yan for the real bodybuilding journey. Sasayangin mo lang kabataan mo pag nagroids ka ngayon kahit nga fasting hindi ko feel for teens kahit obese ka pa kasi ngayon ka may chance na lumaki at lumakas. Pagtanda mo mahirap na lumaki at magpalakas lalo na pag may work at family kana. been there done that.

    Alam mo ba kung bakit ang dame nahihinto magbuhat kahit gumanda na katawan? kasi motivation doesnt last, dadating ka sa point na magsasawa ka at mafifeel mo na pointless ang pagbubuhat, mawawala din yung mga pumupuri sayo, hihinti din progress mo. not everyone can overcome this obstacle once it hits you. kaya make smart choices while you are young.

    always remember, when you think you're working hard... some one out there is working harder. its never going to be easy. goodluck :)
