I only have 1 photo 6 mos. ago wearing the floral shorts (skinny fat, flat tummy walang abs) and then 3 months ago which is the one where i was wearing denim shorts (22% body fat and low muscle mass). The last 3 photos on the right side are recent. gained mass, lost 1% body fat and body felt more tight. I am not aiming to look like a female body builder who competes or to get thick. tama lang with muscles and definition.
I've been working out dati pa even pay for trainer (boxing, TRX etc.) pero dahil i did not know better 5yrs ago. i always tell my trainer ayaw ko maging maskulada! but eversince nagsimula akong maglift on my own, applying all the workout na natutunan ko din sa mga trainer ko before, i realized that lifting weight will not make me look like a man (pero pwede din if i want that) i realized how much control we have with our own body and getting lifted bigger butt is possible (always been on a small side)! lol
What's left with my fitness journey? to reach that lower body fat (athlete level). Im pretty happy with my muscle mass rightnow by lowering my body fat the definition will show more and that is what I'm going for!
I used to only consume high protein, low carbs, low fat but for my butt goal i upped my intake of carbs so every after glute day thats when i eat a little bit more.:sport:
Also i don't eat rice for 10 years now. I have always been slim not just because of not eating rice but because i've trained myself to eat healthy. My only weakness is drinking (alcohol). lol Im a fast drinker kasi kaya if there's a drink in my hand or in the table i tend to drink drink drink! good thing i don't drink as often na. once a week na lang and that is if there's a reason to drink. :P

Thanks.. haha yung abs lang hindi ako nahirapan kasi i eat healthy dati pa, so nung skinny fat pa ako flat stomach ako nakatago yung abs haha lumabas na lang sya when i started with weight lifting and loosing body fat.. so more like a gift siguro consolation for not having a big butt nor bust! lol Thank you sir!cheers
