sir, IMO po ito ah, based sa mga nag sama samang information sa utak ko(lol) kasi sir diba sa bulking there is a thin on Clean bulk and Dirty bulk. aminin na namin na sa mahal ng mga fresh goods ngaun medyo mahal mag clean bulk so resorts to dirty bulk (which has lots of fat, pero dont get me werong hindi naman ito sobrang dirty like kakain ka ng mga isaw isaw not that di sya masarap pero normal na pagkain kumbaga fried chiken, porkchop atibpa). so meaning, 1 factor when bulking. the other is when you want to get more muscle, you need energy and that is where the carbs take in. mas madali mag buhat kasi ng mabibigat pag energized ang katawan natin mas mabigat ang mabuhat at mabilis lumaki. sabi nga nila, ung mas maraming fats, mas maraming energy kasi madami pang sinusunog for fuel ang katawan. plus, in bulking nag papabigat ka kasi, so walang cardio. so you know what that means, usually pag walang cardio mga unwanted fats natitira sa katawan. stubborn fats and all. and that when you can cut. kasi dun sa bulking para sa normal na pagkain meron mga onting taba na maiiwan. di sinabi na TABA as in TABAAAA ahh.. ung tabang-muscle (ewan wala ko maisip na term) haha

Sir I'm not an expert pero share ko lang yung narinig ko sa isang nutritionist na ang normal gain at loss ay 1lbs per week. So kung nag gain ka ng 4kilos which is 8.8lbs in 9 weeks... kung tama yung nutrionist then normal lang yan sir.
