    sir, IMO po ito ah, based sa mga nag sama samang information sa utak ko(lol) kasi sir diba sa bulking there is a thin on Clean bulk and Dirty bulk. aminin na namin na sa mahal ng mga fresh goods ngaun medyo mahal mag clean bulk so resorts to dirty bulk (which has lots of fat, pero dont get me werong hindi naman ito sobrang dirty like kakain ka ng mga isaw isaw not that di sya masarap pero normal na pagkain kumbaga fried chiken, porkchop atibpa). so meaning, 1 factor when bulking. the other is when you want to get more muscle, you need energy and that is where the carbs take in. mas madali mag buhat kasi ng mabibigat pag energized ang katawan natin mas mabigat ang mabuhat at mabilis lumaki. sabi nga nila, ung mas maraming fats, mas maraming energy kasi madami pang sinusunog for fuel ang katawan. plus, in bulking nag papabigat ka kasi, so walang cardio. so you know what that means, usually pag walang cardio mga unwanted fats natitira sa katawan. stubborn fats and all. and that when you can cut. kasi dun sa bulking para sa normal na pagkain meron mga onting taba na maiiwan. di sinabi na TABA as in TABAAAA ahh.. ung tabang-muscle (ewan wala ko maisip na term) haha

    Pero sir, tama ka din naman. kaso san mo kukunin ung energy mo kung payat nga kamo and isang tao?

    kaya achieve ung sinasabi mo sir pero medyo far fetches kelangan mo ng Solid nutrition and Solid na disiplpina as in athlete type. pero as fart as sa normal na tao, eto usually kasi ung reality

    sana naexplain ko ng mabuti as far as i know di ako magaling mag explain at mag express ng nasa isip ko. hahaha sana may sumalong master sakin Twitcy

    pag bulk hindi ibig sabihin magpataba or maging mataba. Madami lang bara bara magbulk kaya puto fat gains. Nabigyan tuloy ang bulking ng negative impression. magkaiba ang magpalaki sa magpataba.

    About sa straight to the point, it's possible but very very hard to accomplish lalo na kung walang experience. So para maging realistic yung muscle gains mas maganda magdaan sa process of several bulk-cut phases for long periods of time.

    clean bulk >>> is eating a specific amount of protein/carbs/fats and calories every day. Calculated mo kinakain mo ( fats, protein, carbs ) let's say 3k cal ka for bulk, meaning nun, no more no less, 3k cal kinakain mo everyday.

    Dirty bulk >> di hinugasan ang pagkain ( jk! ) meaning " seefood " diet ka, no calculation, basta kain lang nang kain nang anong nakikita mo sa harapan mo.

    also, the reason why we're bulking is to gain muscle mass, how do we gain muscle mass? by eating above our maintenance level and busting heavy ass weights. So isipin mo, kung below maintenance ka OR nasa maintennance lang yung kinakain mo araw araw, san ka kukuha nang extra energy while your lifiting? baka nga mamaya, lalo ka pang mangayayay nyan since kulang nga yung kinakain mo.
    while bulking, you'll gain some significant amount of fats din ( package sya eh ) but that doesn't mean na you'll turn into a BLOB. Sabi ko nga pwede kang mag mini cut that will last for 4- 12 weeks ( havent tried it since in contrast sa goal ko ), para lang mabawasan yung na accomulate na fats then balik bulking ulet,

    Clean bulk- timely adjustment of macros and energy expendeture. Planned and controlled short term and long term.

    Dirty bulk- Who cares what happens. I dont know what I'm doing

    pagkain dagdag mo. atleast 400g lean meat, more eggs pa. pagkain muna dinagdagdag sa diet hindi supplement. Based sa pic mo, IMO kulang na kulang ka sa protein at mukhang hindi challenging ang mga WO mo.

    High Cals, :)

    High Cals = High Carbs , bw protein, rest fats ( IMO to ha,depende po sa katawan mo, kung pano magrereact )

    9weeks na ko sa SL5x5 from 71 naging 75 kg na ko haha tumataba daw ako hehe mabagal ba yung pag akyat ng weight ko?

    Sir I'm not an expert pero share ko lang yung narinig ko sa isang nutritionist na ang normal gain at loss ay 1lbs per week. So kung nag gain ka ng 4kilos which is 8.8lbs in 9 weeks... kung tama yung nutrionist then normal lang yan sir. :blush:

    middle lower back ba bro?
    normally you'll feel some tightness dyan if let's say kulang warm up mo ( or stretching ). just make sure lang na your'e doing the squat correctly para hindi talaga sa lower back mapunta yung bigat ng binunuhat mo.

    Bro personal preference mo na yan. haha Tignan mo sarili mo nalang sa salamin. Kasi ako concern ako sa nakikita ng iba (haha sayang naman yung pinaghihirapan ko kung hindi pansin ng mga tao hahaha). Gusto ko kasi muka akong nag gygym sa tingin ng ibang tao (childish sometime hahaha)
