hi guys!

good day po! well sana madami ako matutunan dito about weightlifting and diet. pano magkaroon ng fit na katawan and mataas na lifts. im not an ego lifter naman pero hanggat naaangat buhat lang. :lol sa may lrt taft po yung gym ko para mejo abot kaya. hope to hear from you guys! thanks!

    ituloy mo lang yung rehab sir tas unti unting lakad lang. hindi pa pwede ng weight bearing yan sir until the time na sabihin ng doktor mo. mga 6-8weeks ang pag galing talaga nian tas bawal pa mastrain kasi hindi pa kapit talaga yung graft mo lalo na pag metal screw yung poste na nilagay sayo.upper body lang muna sir for the meantime :) sana nakatulong ako

    yes tama galing mo! haha though wala na kong crutches chaka inadvice ako ng pt ko na pag short distances lang, pwede na ko hindi mag brace. para practice nadin for walking. pero sir, next week start na ko bumalik sa gym as ok'd by PT nadin. ano ano pwede ko gawin for upper body? i mean i get it mga nakaupo lang and nakahiga na walang pwersa sa legs. pero tulad nung lat pull downs, diba may lock sa paa ung ung sa may quads na parang soft roller na naadjust ok lang kaya un? gets mo? haha d ko maexplain haha

    pwede naman yun sir kaso wag mo lang nga masiado bigatan and not to twist the knee nga.so hinay hinay lang muna talaga. :)
