good day po! well sana madami ako matutunan dito about weightlifting and diet. pano magkaroon ng fit na katawan and mataas na lifts. im not an ego lifter naman pero hanggat naaangat buhat lang. :lol sa may lrt taft po yung gym ko para mejo abot kaya. hope to hear from you guys! thanks!

pano ung ortho nurse? so ry medyo ignorante :duh: kasi 3 weeks post op na ko acl recinstruction. haha amg tatanung sana ko mga pwede kong gawin haabng nag rerehab ako haha:sport:
