Sa lahat ng kilala ko na average gymrats na nagsteroids, wala sa kanila nasatisfy ng longterm. wala din nasatisfy sa iilang cycle at iilang compounds lang. Tsaka once gumamit DAW mahirap na tumigil, gagamit at gagamit ka daw kasi hahanapin ng katawan mo yung gains na hindi mo makukuha sa natural way. Napansin ko din na maganda lang katawan nila once naka cycle ng 2-3 gamot, pag nawala na yung gamot sa katawan nila mukha silang newbie na may mass pero hindi developed yung mga muscles (except dun sa mga may solid na katawan/foundation).
Hindi naman masama gumamit ng roids kung yun ang trip mo e. Yun nga lang IMO hindi sya maganda gamitin in building your foundation. Para sakin before ka sumubok ng kahit anong gamot, supplement, training program, diet, make sure na ready ka at ready katawan mo. Iba ang feeling ready sa totoong ready, kahit 2 years or 10 years ka pa nagbubuhat, kung kita naman sa salamin na hindi ka handa (maging honest at wag magfeeling), hindi mo pwede ipilit yan.

Hindi ko naman sinabi na nagfifeeling ka bro. Yun lang kalimitan kong napapansin sa generation ngayon when it comes to steroid and supplement use. Ngayon, regardless of age and experience open na sa pag gamit ng roids and unecessary supps, unlike before ang kinakarir ng mga tao sa gym e pure bodybuilding... hindi abs, aesthetics, instagram, FB likes, fashion etc... IMO, all these social influences made the current generation lazy. Im referring to average non competitive gymrats..

Pero for me, di ka pa pwede as to what sir @badass_vinch stated in his post above. Have your training and nutrition fixed first to build a better foundation. Also you have to put in mind na if naka cycle ka na, you should always see to it na dialed yung nutrition, training at rest mo for optimal results. But in your case, di mo pa alam ang mga ganun so useless pa rin ung cycle mo. It will just do you more harm than good. (also, wag mo gawing excuse ang 5hours sleep mo, dami members dito na ganyan din ang tulog at isa na ako dun)

Gathered it from internet sir and hanggang sa nakasanayan ko nlang sa gym and minsan may nadadagdag pa. Sobrang hyperactive ako sir when it comes to hitting the gym pero I always make it sure na tama and mostly precise ang mga executions. These past few weeks din kasi halos hindi ako araw araw sa gym due to my work pero I make it sure na yung routine na nakalagay dyan ay nasusunod. With regards to "isang araw lang ang pagitan" sir, kasi ako i do it like iba ibang workout routine on a certain body part. Kasi 5 routines lang per body part tht day. Tapos yung other routines on the other next day. Effective naman siya sakin sir kung lean mass paguusapan. Pero kasi goal ko ngayon is to bulk more. Sobrang hyperavtive ko din kasi sa work and sobrang pawisin din ako.And sa about sa shoulders po kasi sir, lagi akong injured dyan because of my sport. Kaya di masyado. Hahaha. Pero lakas din po kasi mkabuild ng shoulder yung sport ko eh.
