hi Guys, help me naman mga bro . im doing compound lift on my chest pero hinde pa rin matanggal yung fats on my Lower Chest, guys please help me on how to get rid of it. I'm doing Decline barbell press and pull-over pero feeling ko it doesn't really works. I need your help.

Bro, mas ok kung gagawin mo ung flat saka decline...saka ung incline sa upper chest ung bro. heavy as you can basta maganda ang form
Cge cge pre, pero meron kasi akong nabasa na compund lift for my body type pero mas gusto ko yung suggestions dito dahil alam ko na mas makakatulong kayo. Pero mga bro salamat ha . yung dumbell pullover ko try ko magdagdag ng weights din . pati sa close grip barbell,
Also regarding that pic - it is wrong. Dips hit the entire lower and outer pec - it is one of the best exercises to build that lower pec line. Flyes hit more of the outer pec than dips, yet the pic doesn't reflect that.
Additionally it should be noted that NONE of the exercises in the pic actually fully isolates a particular part of the pec. They just tend to focus more on a specific area, yet other parts of the pec are indeed being hit also. This is probably why so many n00bs/intermediates overtrain pecs, ie, doing 5 exercises of 4-5 sets each thinking they need to hit all parts, when in actuality they would grow more by choosing 2 basics and an isolation, ie, bench press, incline press & db flyes for example, and busting ass on a few sets instead of "pacing themselves" for endless sets.
pinaka best po ba is yung Dips and flyes ? im doing incline flyes, ok po ba yun?

Shoulders and Traps ako, very close kasi tong body muscles na to ehh . pero compund lift to ehh . tama ba ?

I should elaborate to not mislead readers via my short & blunt post. My above post was meant for iamaldrin. This is in no way to suggest anybody at that height and weight can't be very lean.

hi Sir @miggyreyez, Sir working po kasi skin yung MFT28 ni Greg Plit eh. try to search in Bodybuilding.com yunn 1st week day1 chest . palang ako pero effective na xa . but now week3 chest na ako pero nakikitta ko na yung improvements.mga sir eto po yung progress nya.
ETO PROGRESS ng MFT28 sa akin guys.
