    ok naman talaga si lazar kaso after joining here in PBB at may mga nakilala ako (lol) sa internet like jeff seid. zyzz etc nagbago idol ko hihihi at tama ka,ung 70's built ng mga bodybuilder ( MR O ) dati eh ibang iba sa ngayon, aesthetics na malalaki talag hihihi

    mga sir ok lng ba ung 30mins shoulder workout? kasi 9pm ang sara ng gym d2 samin dumating ako ng 8:30 ntapos ako ng 9:05

    ok lang yun kung 1 body part per training.

    30 minutes is not that bad lalot intense naman at walang kasamang chika chika sa gym mates hihihi
    pero kung back or legs training, medyo bitn kung 30minutes lang

    the thing is, gaya nang lage kong sinasabi,

    if you wanna gain weight, you need to eat more
    if you wanna lose weight, you need to eat less.

    bear in mind that eating rice will not make you fat. EATING above your maintenance and not using it as a fuel / energy for your body will make you fat.
  • Cut and jacked doesn't update workout routine diet/supplementation with regards sa mga ininterview nilang bodybuilder/physique competitor/fitness industry guru. Ang mga workout routine nla ay para sa kanila di pwede sakin or sa iyo. They train accordingly, they didn't got that from another bber/physique competitor from other website such as cut and jacked bb.com name it. You should listen to your body experiment acquire more knowledge drop whatever nonsense or mistakes you gain. Newbie no.1 mistake too much videos,too much vlogs,too much website first of okay yun for motivation ang ideas workout routine etc. You should listen to your body how can you effectively gain muscle di same ang evry individual iba iba unique genetics.

    eto pla ung updated physic ko as of now ksama mga tropa ko sir allen hannggang 65kg na ang target ko ngaun tas cut down to 60kgs hard gainer kasi ako hehe ok lng ba ung supp stack na binili for bulking? on whey 5lbs
    mutant mass 15lbs chka promatrix 5lbs tas meron pa ko dymatize creatine anu poh ba ideal weight pra sakin :)
