Toning my Lower Chest

hi Guys, help me naman mga bro . im doing compound lift on my chest pero hinde pa rin matanggal yung fats on my Lower Chest, guys please help me on how to get rid of it. I'm doing Decline barbell press and pull-over pero feeling ko it doesn't really works. I need your help.

    Bro, mas ok kung gagawin mo ung flat saka decline...saka ung incline sa upper chest ung bro. heavy as you can basta maganda ang form :)

    Cge cge pre, pero meron kasi akong nabasa na compund lift for my body type pero mas gusto ko yung suggestions dito dahil alam ko na mas makakatulong kayo. Pero mga bro salamat ha . yung dumbell pullover ko try ko magdagdag ng weights din . pati sa close grip barbell,

    iamaldrin more important than any pec exercise is that you must get your bodyfat in check first. You can do dips and flyes forever, but if your bf is still too high, it won't resolve the problem.

    Also regarding that pic - it is wrong. Dips hit the entire lower and outer pec - it is one of the best exercises to build that lower pec line. Flyes hit more of the outer pec than dips, yet the pic doesn't reflect that.

    Additionally it should be noted that NONE of the exercises in the pic actually fully isolates a particular part of the pec. They just tend to focus more on a specific area, yet other parts of the pec are indeed being hit also. This is probably why so many n00bs/intermediates overtrain pecs, ie, doing 5 exercises of 4-5 sets each thinking they need to hit all parts, when in actuality they would grow more by choosing 2 basics and an isolation, ie, bench press, incline press & db flyes for example, and busting ass on a few sets instead of "pacing themselves" for endless sets.

  • @Sir Big Dawg, how can I get my total body fat on my body.? pag nakuha ko po ba yun total BF ko may specific workout po ba or bracket for my total bodyfat ?
    pinaka best po ba is yung Dips and flyes ? im doing incline flyes, ok po ba yun?

    Incline barbell press, incline chest flyes, flat dumbell press and close sa chest.

    you think sir dawg ok po ba tong workout for my chest ? ano po bang klaseng flyes yung for me ?

    hehehe kuya smal,, salamat din po ha. inaantay ko nga rin po yung iba pang suggestions ng iba pa nating mga tropa ehh . dami po kasing experts dito ehh .

    Shoulders and Traps ako, very close kasi tong body muscles na to ehh . pero compund lift to ehh . tama ba ?

    Sorry dude I don't know much tag so can't respond in detail. Post a pic so we can all see if it is a matter of your bf being too high, or if you perhaps have gyno even at a relatively low bf. I don't know your age, but many younger guys/teens will have gyno and will outgrow it. I had a nephew before - in his teens he was big and bulky around 6'3 and 280. He had slight gyno. Whenever he cut his weight down to 230, he lost alot of fat and the gyno disappeared.

    Cge Sir Dawg, hehehehe, I post a picture once . pero sana wag naman gyno hehehe. 24years old 5'6" in height 84kilos. Bulky po ako, hind po ako yung sobrang taba. heheh . Pero kuya dawg salamat po .

    At 5'6 and 84 kilos then you already know the problem. To fix it, lose weight.

    bro, sir bd can only understand a bit of tagalog. Tungkol sa pag upload try mo lang ulit dati nangyari na sakin un ayaw mag attach or pwede din check mo ung file extension(jpg, png or etc).

    Hehehe. i thought he's a filipino so thats why im ok to talk to him in tagalog, akala ko naiintindihan nya lahat ng sinasabi ko. Pero oO meron nga syang naiiintindihan na kahit konti at nasasagot nya nmana ng tama . heheh. bro ang problema kasi nagki-click palang ako ng attach photo wala ng dialog box na lumalabas to choose photo that you want to upload here in post reply.

    hi Sir @miggyreyez, Sir working po kasi skin yung MFT28 ni Greg Plit eh. try to search in Bodybuilding.com yunn 1st week day1 chest . palang ako pero effective na xa . but now week3 chest na ako pero nakikitta ko na yung improvements.mga sir eto po yung progress nya.
