Do you know how frustrating it is to be a woman in the body building (in women's case, sculpting) world? Most girls just do cardio lang, thinking lifting will make them look "macho". And most guides for women's fitness when it comes to lifting, is for abs and triceps lang. I hope i can find fellow women enthusiasts at the same time get some tip sa forum.

Welcome po mam! tama kayo dyan akala ng mga babae nagkaka muscle daw agad sila, pero di kayo nag iisa. kasama ko mag WO gf ko and di naman siya naniniwala na magkaka muscle sa pagbubuhat tamang shape lang

i am sure you know this. bibil responds to cardio. visceral fat is the first to go kasi. buti na lang masunurin ang bilbil sa workout let her try hiit cardio, the after burn is longer than regular cardio and all it takes is 20 to 30 mins tops hiit aint hiit if you can continue for more than 20 mins. goodluck sa kanya ^_^thanks sa welcome @Emman1986, @hernan1925 and @kehoe
