Actually, kung naumpisahan mo basic core wo pa lang matatawa ka na dun sa dalawa.
Crunches pa lang mamatay na, tapos leg raises di magawa ng maayos? 6 pack abs? A decade of training? Ganun pa din? Lol humor me.

Aesthetics din ako dahil I play a lot of sports. Ayoko ma-compromise yung pagbabasketball ko if I become too massive. Siyempre pag mass, kelangan mabigat ka. I mean, it's pretty hard to be massive kung below 200 pounds ka. With that added weight, mahihirapan nako tumakbo at tumalon.
To be more specific, ripped ang gusto ko.
There's one problem though - I have a lot of loose skin. Dahil nga 310 lbs ako before tapos 180 na lang now. I'm seriously considering just going for mass to lessen the appearance of the loose skin.
