My journey to ripped me

Hi guys. I'm a father to my 2yo son. Working in a call center and a part time tattoo artist. Cant find time to go to the gym that's why I purchased my equipment and got my self a program to follow. I don't want to cause arguments in family budget that's why I researched and got my self in to this diet and supplements. Which im not sure if will be getting me ripped or a Buffy body structure. Please feel free to comment or give me suggestions. Hopefully hear from those tenures who had the same goal as mine.

  • Hi it's me again. Im really confused please help me. Im mixing weight lifting and p90x3 at the same time. And im looking for the right supplements to take since I only have soya and enervon hp. Im thinking of having protein shakes kasi parang yan ang kulang ko everyday. Kaso nung nang hingi ako ng advise doon sa p90x group ko sabi wag daw. Ang need ko daw is recovery drink. American ung nag advise so medyo in doubt ako. Gusto ko mang galing sa pinoy. Hehehe

    In laymans term na lang para madali

    Carbs and fat > fuel nang katawan
    protien > used to "build/repair" muscle
    ngaun, after mo mag gym,syempre pagod, masakit katawan kase banat mga muscle mo,syempre kailangan mo ng protien diba?pero syempre since pagod ka nga at ubos lakas mo, san kukuha ng fuel katawan mo? Syempre sa carbs /fats(depende sa diet mo) sa katawan mo. Medyo magiging kumplikado kung eexplain ko pa nang masinsinan, basta tandaan mo na lang yung sinabi ko sa taas.hehehe!

    hindi naman kelangan talaga e lightning fast post WO shake or recovery drink. Just have a nice complete meal before WO then eat again after :)

    You want to get ripped? This is how I did it in order of importance.

    1. NUTRITION - 60%
    2. SLEEP AND RECOVERY - 20%
    3. TRAINING - 15%
    4. SUPPLEMENTS - 5%

  • Currently I am using Creatine and enervon hp fast recovery as my supplements. napapansin ko ang push for another rep sa mga workout ko however parang papunta ako sa muscle ni Dwayne Johnson hindi lean ripped na parang surfer's body. Ito ba ang effect ng creatine?

You better check your google ...check the definition of lean .. check dwayne pics ..go to seach engine and do your homework first before spitting some contradicting lines here in pinoy BODY BUILDING.

    oo nga , darating ka sa goal mo, tuloy mo lang yan. Yung The rock na katawan eh puhunan yun ng sobrang tagal na training nya at diet manipulations, at kung ano ano pa.

    So wag ka umasa na maging ganun ka agad dahil marami ka pang dadadaanang katawan bago yun!
  • Hahaha thanks sa feed back. Nako bawal pala pikon dito. Ine exaggerate ko lang ung gain thats why I said parang pa punta ke the rock yung status ko.
    I know na malayo pa ako doon. Pero Parang lumalapad kasi ako e. Gusto ko lang sana payat na bato batong katawan parang athletic body in proper term. And yung nag sabi na maging surfer nalang ako. Hindi realistic sir I live in taytay rizal e. Kung sa surigao pwde sana. Well anyway napapansin sa opisina ung improvement ko galing sa chubby to a some what masculine. so sige buhat pa. Ill elventually like it.

    Btw im not blaming my supplements im just saying na parang nag ggain ako ng weight at mass when I started them. Just "sharing" journal ko naman ito e. And I did my homework creatine does make you bloated according to a lot of reviews and studies but they say that your figure will eventually be back to where it should be. So ill carry on.
    Sorry if Im relying much to you guys who are experienced. I thought that is what forums are for. I honestly got some what offended by those sarcasm and lines as if im stupid. Lesson learned though. Ill google things first before asking people here in pbb. But still Thanks to those who are friendly and helping out like mr rtravino29 and jettie.

    @Nightcrawler - no problem, kung papansinin mo yung mga statement ko naman are majority mga TANONG. Sabihin na nating nag exag ka sa sinabi mo about papuntang dwayne-body mo, Okay. Kung hindi lean and ripped si dwayne for you. It's ok. I forgot, journal mo pala to. Pero kahit journal mo to, lahat pwedeng mabasa kung ano sinasabi mo.

    AFIK, marami rin ang humahabol sa katawan ni The Rock na matindi ang training etc ... so nakaka hiya lang sa kanila, nagpapakahirap sila ..hindi naman pala ripped katawan niya =)

    Wag ka ma offend, at the first place ikaw ang nang offend sa mga tao na umiidolo kay Dwayne (kahit sabihin mo pang exag or joke)

    And last, hindi mainit ulo ko. Natty po ako. Wala akong roid-rage.

    Normal lang maoffend bro pero ganyan talaga ang makukuha mong feedback kahit saan ka pa magtanong. Kahit pa papanong way sabihin ng tao yung comments nila as long as honest opinion naman e maging thankful tayo kasi mas masakit tanggapin ang realidad kesa sa pananaw ng iba.

    About sa "surfer body look" na gusto mo. kelangan mo magpalaki ng katawan MUNA as the first step then, second step would be LEANING OUT, then third step is LEANING OUT MORE to get RIPPED. Pangarap ko din yan dati nung 2009. Hindi lang katawan ng surfer ang trinabaho ko. I actually went to surf school para matuto magsurf para hindi ako "all show and no go" (sa La Union ako pumunta kasi yun na pinaka malapit).

    This was taken in San Juan La Union, payat pa ako dito pero Im way bigger than the real surfers there. pero ripped to the bone sila payat nga lang talaga.

  • Hindi po ako napipikon mga sir I really in all honesty appreciate your opinions. Tama lalake tayo and sa trabaho ko puro kami lalake at haras mag biruan siguro I just wasnt expecting those feeback lang. Kala ko ang sasagot e magging straight to their tips. Now I know hehehe. thanks for the tip sir Vinch that was actually the kind of tips that Im waiting for. Na coconfuse kasi talaga ako pano ko mararating ung goals ko e. Specially im just doing my workouts at home gamit ang dalawa kong dumbbells, pull up bar at p90x3 routine. So ill try mag palaki then tyaka nalang ako mag papa lean ng katawan or mag papa liit ng konti. Malay natin magustohan ko ung malaking katawan tapos mag pa polynesin tattoo din. Btw tattoo artist nga po pala ako. ^^ taytay rizal.
