Hi guys. I'm a father to my 2yo son. Working in a call center and a part time tattoo artist. Cant find time to go to the gym that's why I purchased my equipment and got my self a program to follow. I don't want to cause arguments in family budget that's why I researched and got my self in to this diet and supplements. Which im not sure if will be getting me ripped or a Buffy body structure. Please feel free to comment or give me suggestions. Hopefully hear from those tenures who had the same goal as mine.

Carbs and fat > fuel nang katawan
protien > used to "build/repair" muscle
ngaun, after mo mag gym,syempre pagod, masakit katawan kase banat mga muscle mo,syempre kailangan mo ng protien diba?pero syempre since pagod ka nga at ubos lakas mo, san kukuha ng fuel katawan mo? Syempre sa carbs /fats(depende sa diet mo) sa katawan mo. Medyo magiging kumplikado kung eexplain ko pa nang masinsinan, basta tandaan mo na lang yung sinabi ko sa taas.hehehe!

You better check your google ...check the definition of lean .. check dwayne pics ..go to seach engine and do your homework first before spitting some contradicting lines here in pinoy BODY BUILDING.

Kung gusto mo surfers body na skinny with abs just continue on what you are doing.
oo nga , darating ka sa goal mo, tuloy mo lang yan. Yung The rock na katawan eh puhunan yun ng sobrang tagal na training nya at diet manipulations, at kung ano ano pa.
So wag ka umasa na maging ganun ka agad dahil marami ka pang dadadaanang katawan bago yun!
I know na malayo pa ako doon. Pero Parang lumalapad kasi ako e. Gusto ko lang sana payat na bato batong katawan parang athletic body in proper term. And yung nag sabi na maging surfer nalang ako. Hindi realistic sir I live in taytay rizal e. Kung sa surigao pwde sana. Well anyway napapansin sa opisina ung improvement ko galing sa chubby to a some what masculine. so sige buhat pa. Ill elventually like it.
Btw im not blaming my supplements im just saying na parang nag ggain ako ng weight at mass when I started them. Just "sharing" journal ko naman ito e. And I did my homework creatine does make you bloated according to a lot of reviews and studies but they say that your figure will eventually be back to where it should be. So ill carry on.
Sorry if Im relying much to you guys who are experienced. I thought that is what forums are for. I honestly got some what offended by those sarcasm and lines as if im stupid. Lesson learned though. About sa "surfer body look" na gusto mo. kelangan mo magpalaki ng katawan MUNA as the first step then, second step would be LEANING OUT, then third step is LEANING OUT MORE to get RIPPED. Pangarap ko din yan dati nung 2009. Hindi lang katawan ng surfer ang trinabaho ko. I actually went to surf school para matuto magsurf para hindi ako "all show and no go" (sa La Union ako pumunta kasi yun na pinaka malapit).
This was taken in San Juan La Union, payat pa ako dito pero Im way bigger than the real surfers there. pero ripped to the bone sila payat nga lang talaga.
