Newbie here!

I've been reading this forum about 3 hours already then I finally decided to create an account.

Lifting for about 6 months. I want to gain more mass, I started at a weight of 125 lbs or 57kg right now I'm weighing 68.8kgs my target is around 160 to 170 lbs.
