any tips mga idol? para mawala belly fats. diet na pwede and program?

    About sa goal mo..ayaw mo nang sobrang laki ng katawan.. pwedeng paki define kung ano yung sinasabi mong malaking katawan,kase baka yung definition ko ng malaking katawan eh lean pa sayo, hehe!can you give us an example kung kaninong katawan gusto mong ma achieve? And by saying malaking katawan, sinong tao para sayo ang may malakimg katawan :-)

    About sa diet.. medyo magulo.. since ang nababasa ko lang eh whey,tuna lite,gatas,wheat bread and peanut butter,ang pagkakaintindi ko jan is

    2 tbs. Peanut butter and 4 wheat bread eh 500 cal na.(medyo gugulo kung isasama natin macros).
    1 whey(depende sa brand) eh 20-24g protien na.

    I would honestly tell you na kain lang ng kain para sa gainz but since ang gusto mo siguro is to get a lean body (mala bruce lee? Edward nang twilight?lol!yan yung definition ko nang lean), siguro cardio lang ng cardio and high reps sa exercise.

    11am to 8pm kasi work ko e. tapos nakakawork out ako mga 10:00pm pa.

    Breakfast: 8:30am
    whey 1 scoop tapos kung ano nalang almusal.
    kadalasan rice and hotdog, nuggets, tocino ganon yung common lang.

    lunch: 12pm

    Rice and chicken breast

    snack: 2:30pm

    2 wheat bread with peanut butter

    snack ulit: 5:30pm

    2 wheat bread with peanut butter or whey.

    dinner: 9pm

    rice and kung ano ulam.

    tapos 11:30pm (postwork out meal)

    2 scoop ng whey

    tapos after maligo and magpahinga so mga after 1 hour kakain ako ng tuna lite or 2 basong gatas.


    may mali ba mga idol? di kasi nawawala belly fats ko. 6 months na ako nagbubuhat. hahaha. ituloy ko lang ba? ano magandang baguhin or idagdag?

    ang whey ko mutant or Inner armour. haha!

    any tips jan bro? sobra ba ako sa calories?

Mga tao ngayon masyado pre occupied kakahanap ng latest science at kung pano gagawing "mukhang" effective yung program nila.

    kung gusto mo maging mala capt. america, thor, leonidas at kung sino man, walang ibang way kundi ang "lumaki" muna :)

    hard to tell kasi kung kulang or sobra kinakain mo unless meron kang nakitang weight gain or weightloss after a few months. Napakahalaga ng nutrition, kaso sa early stages ng pagbubuhat mas dedepende ang gains mo sa training.

    That's good! It seems that you're gaining muscle and nagagamit ng katawan mo yung stored fats and mga kinakain mo for energy. tuloy tuloy mo lang yan. Dadating sa point na mafifeel mo na mas madali ka na magutom, dun ka magdagdag ng extra food (add more protein).

    tawag dyan recomp, newbie gains sa madaling sabi. See, nagiimprove ka naman pala without you knowing it. All along wala ka idea kung tama/mali ginagawa mo pero may results. Ganyang kasimple lang bodybuilding :)

    since alam ko na kung sinong idol mo, IMHO, track mo kinakain mo, ilan protien, ilan carbs at ilan fats.

    uu, andun na tayo na nakain ka nang kanin, pero gaano karami? pano natin malalaman kung sobra ka na or hindi diba? pero since si capt. america nga gusto mong built, KAIN LANG NANG KAIN! :yahoo:

    dahil newbie ka pa brod pag dating sa BBing, eat ka lang ng eat lalo ng mga pagkaing matataas sa protina. tapos sa carbs pwede mo rin dagdagan at s fats naman kung maari ung mga healthy sources mo kunin. Then train lang :) tyak gains on the way at captain america ng pinas on the making ka na nyan hihihi good luck brod and make it simple

    natawa nga ko bro, kase yung goal niya is to have a "lean" type of body lang, tapos si chris evans pala yung idol niya, eh lumalaklak nang protien yun eh haha!

    I'm also just a newbie like you. The only advice I can give are things I've done myself. Tama ang mga kuya natin dito. Kelangan lumaki muna tayo. That happens when we train intensely, eat MUCH, MUCH more than we think is enough and sleep like lazybones.

    Sa training, subukan mo magresearch sa compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, standing overhead press etc. Sa mga compound lifts kasi pwede ka mag-heavy at damay ang buong katawan mo. Magbasa ka sa mga 5x5 routines, maraming variety yun pero halos ganun din ang mga rekados na lifts, pili ka kahit anong variant at gawin mo.

    Sa nutrition, wala ako masabi masyado kasi hindi ko pa gets ang science dun. Pero dagdagan mo lang ng maraming whole foods na sagana sa tatlong macronutrients na protein, carbohydrates at fats. You will gain size, muscles and most likely fats. But its all part of the price we pay (according to our brothers here). Later, you'll get to the stage where you can melt it off.

    Of course, no-brainer, sleep and rest. Para makabawi si masel at lumaki.

    Finally, be consistent. Matagal na matagal na proseso ito. Stick lang tayo kahit minsan walang gana. Years from now, Captain America ka na. +1000 ka pa sa kanya kasi siya instant: nagsteroids e (Super Soldier Serum 'di ba?)

    If you want to have a physique like that of Greg Plitt, you need more muscle and reduce body fat to ~10%

    Bro, make getting stronger as priority for now. More strength means more muscle. If you cut fat now, you'll look like a sick person :)


    Focus on these compound lifts

    squats (front or back)
    deadlifts
    bench press (inclined and flat)
    shoulder press (seated or standing)
    pull ups
    dips
    push ups
    row (barbell or dumbbell)


    Add some isolation exercises but make sure they don't interfere with your gains on the compound lifts

    shrugs
    standing bicep curls (it becomes a compound lift when lift 100 lbs or more)
    tricep push down (machine)
    lying tricep extension
    calf raises


    Don't forget to address flexibility, too. Buy a foam roller, it's worth the money. The cheapest foam roller with a PVC core is around Php 2,000 at Chris Sports
