Hi there newbie here. I'm not really an active person cause I work in a call center and to be honest I don't go to the gym cause I dont want monthly membership. I purchased my own weights and im following a home workout routine such as p90x3, insanity and t25. Before I started this program I weighed 82kg. After 30days i'm now at 74.5 and 18% body fat I still have 60days though to complete the program. I do low carbs diet. Half cup of rice per meal, lots of meat and veggies. I also drink my supplements. Soya milk before and during work out and enervon hp after workout. Did a lot of research to get this program and I cant believe that it worked for lean muscle tht I want to achieve.
Gym membership =0/month
P90x3 = $150
Dumbbells, yoga matts and pull up bar =3000pesos.
enervon hp = 400pesos/20serving.
Soya milk = 50pesos 1L
Any suggestions on getting a lean tight muscled body. ^^

hehe! relate ako dito dati sa bahay lang ako nagbubuhat ngayun gusto ko sa GYM na palagi kasi kumpleto ang mga gamit lalo sa Leg day hehe!
