Bago lang ser (need advise sa mga master)

Need ko advise sa mga BB veterans here.. i'm 148 lbs,.. 5'7''...
HIIT ung training ko ngaun... saka MMA training once a week..
panu ko mapapababa ung BF % ko.. kahit mag calorie deficit ako wla nangyayare....

    Welcome to PBB bro, try using 5x5 program,
    im on HIIT training din dati, and im on Kickboxing, unfortunately hindi ka tlga lalapad sa ganung program due to kickboxing/boxing, try 5x5 program to pump the muscles.

    thanks ser.. goal ko kasi ung super lean pero mejo manipis lang.. ska ung braso ung sakto lang... salamat sa advise..
