hindi ganun kabilis mawala mga pinaghirapan mo. 1 week lang naman e. Yung condition mo lang ang magiiba iba like minsan bloated, minsan firm pero may times na malambot tignan yung muscles.

Good day mga idol! ask ko lang does squat alone can build overall muscle mass po ba? nagkaroon kasi ako ng brawlers fracture napuruhan yung right pinky ko kaya balak ko muna ngayun leg workout twice a week. tia mga idol!
