Keeping yourself back on track indeed is one of the most hard thing to do.
forgetting and accepting the things you've done, the wrong things and the failure that scourge you everytime you remember them.
But I just found a way to utilize it to create a positive outcome. whenever I remember those hardships and failures I go lift up bars of metal with plates,
and dumbells. incorporated with good tracks and music, it is my best motivation or rather I call it "MY INNER RAGE"
kudos to all co-bodybuilders there who has the perspective!

Pero lagi akong may sprint estimate 5k.

last 2 years malaki legs ko kaka marathon Bataan Death March. 82k, run united. etc etc. kaya nag jojog lang ako this past 3 months, lumiit pero mas nagharden yung muscle strips.
But if you are a body builder, you sprint not jog,
nakakapunit ng tissues ang jogging which tends you to lose muscles.
as simple as : Sprinting Increases Muscles due to rapid muscle use
Jogging decreases Muscles or Lessens Mass pero ang advantage niya more stamina than sprinting. thats why I Sprint and/or Jog
Sir calves is used in running/jogging/sprinting. Based on my understanding (correct me mga sirs if I'm wrong). If hindi activated ang calves, it means you're running flat-footed at masama siya especially sa back. Glutes hip mobility and especially hamstrings strength ay ang basehan ng explosiveness and speed.
jogging may decrease muscle depende sa duration, lalo na pag sobrang haba. like ung sabi mo na madalas ka mag marathon ng 42k Bad for the heart
Oo sir tama, kaya nagstop na ko magmarathon. sprinting nalang and bike.
Question mga sir, natry niyo na ba magdouble workout per day?
gusto ko itry I.E - Morning Chest Tri / Afternoon Back Bi. wala na kasing time dahil sa work. so sat and sunday nalang makakapag buhat.
kaya lang ang worry ko dun paps yung intake ko ng protein?

8am - 6:30pm, at dahil si kumander ay nagdemand na magkita kami, ayun postponed ang GYM.
pero ok nakapag Push up Dip ako using 3 monoblock chairs, enough to sustain the muscle strength.
3 sets of 12 reps, lowest dip. not easy workout lalo na pag galing ng work.
bawi nalang mamaya, excited na kong makita ang tropa kong mga plato ng bakal.

Last friday nagkaron ako ng Flu due to muscle over use, Nakakstress dahil hindi makapagbuhat, instead nagpahinga nalang ako, dahil baka nga masyado kong naabuso ang aking katawan, but its better to pause for a while than have your body stop. everyone needs a rest/pause.
