    yes bro, I love Cayenne, napakaraming health benefits pala nito at magaling na fat burner especially after cardio lumiit talaga tiyan ko at alam ko malaking bagay ang cayenne, I mix it in my oatmeal, sprinkle on my egg whites, almost everything I cook, gusto ko na nga i-try yung cayenne tea raw hehehe

    di ko pa maiayos yung wo routines ko sir, nalaman ko na ang biggest obstacle for me...yung mka timing sa gym na hindi gaano puno at agawan kayo sa equipments, 2 days na ko napauwi ng dahil apaw yung gym na malapit sa amin...:(
