beardugo - nagpa member ka na sa bgc? well, matagal talaga bago mag fully operational ang mga baging club but you can still wo from other clubs as the construction goes.
golds gym is worth the buck naman if you have the resources. good equips clean environment. and friendly pt's! lol!
sir @beardugo2014 balitaan mo ko pag open na yung gold gym dito sa bgc para kahit 1 hour lunch ko makapag gym lol! isang tambling ko lang yan sa office namin
@milksworth dati ako sa Golds Glo naghihintay for Golds BGC.

That comes out to about $42 per month - not including the 2 free months. That's about the same I was paying in US at Golds back in 2005. Someone mentioned 3000php monthly - no way in hell I would pay that much. While indeed Golds is nice with tons of equipment, so much of that equipment is really not needed. Some of the best physiques ever, ie, Arnold, Lou, Sergio, Haney etc were built with the fundamentals like barbells, dumbells, some benches, squat rack, leg press, hack squat, leg extension, leg curl, lat pulldown & seated cable row, standing & seated calf, pullup bar, dip bars, etc. Sure, having machines like Hammer Strength, Icarian, Bodymasters, etc is nice to have around, it certainly is not required to build a monster physique. Those machines do however help alot when one has an injury tol work around it. If one can afford Golds, enjoy it. But there are just sooo many other hardcore gyms around with alot of equipment and great atmospheres that cost much much less.
@beardugo2014 ahh nakikita dati sa GG glo dati din ako dun pero ngayon nastop ako dahil wala nang budget pangrenew... )
@topic mas gusto ko sa GG Glo dahil sa mga PT's nila friendly at approachable pa. and ang lalakas nila magbuhat .. at isasabay ka pa nila lalo sa crossfit nila kahit sa PR nila.. unlike sa INTERCON and liit and laging nakatago mga PT nila

How is it there? Is it more "luxery modern Fitness" or can you train hardcore like in Golds Gym California (USA)?
