    bawal kasi mag spread ng wrong info mr. jabongga. iba ang namamatay sa hindi nag grogrow. kahit sa tao pag ang pandak di mo sinasabing patay na. okies? lalo na sa mga newbies. wala pa kong narinig na namatay na muscle sa hindi nag exercise. sa diabetic lang.

    Dun mo na share mga iba mo pang alam in which most of them are generic info, copy-paste sa internet at mga weird stuffs. :)

    Just keep your protein intake check, even if you have busted parts, you can still train. Kung masakit wrist mo, pacheck mo ano cause nyan, o baka mali lang pinagagawa mo sa gym.

    Pero in a sense kahit anong nangyari sayo dyan sa katawang lupa mo, basta gusto mo mag bago ng itsura gagawin at gagawin mo mag buhat, that's how bad do you want it.

    makes me wonder myself. I don't measure my calcium intake, as long as I drink a glass of milk everyday okay na yun sa akin. I think purpose of calcium is to just strengthen bones along with exercise or workout. other than that, bone density is predetermined from genetics or growth (nutrient intake/lifestyle) during crucial years of development. imo :)

    ^ako lagi ako nainom 3 tablets ng calcium tab.. wala lang, hindi lang naman kasi maskels at CNS ang nabuhat sa workout ko kasama buto. Since wala ako stable na calcium intake from milk or dairy so better safe than sorry mura lang naman yung Calcium tab sa CNC :)

    I'm just curious, really. I have a friend kc that wants to try this one. Then we'll try to compare the result. ( I basically do some workouts like squats, benchpress, flyes, pull up, et al. on a 4x/week basis)
    We are both ectomorph.
