    Will be starting to take ON Gold Standard Whey Protein [isolate] and HydroxyCut Hardcore Elite


    Whey Protein: 1 scoop in the morning, 1 Scoop Post workout.

    HHE : 1 Cap before Breakfast.

    My Gym time is always 11am-12nn.30 minutes after taking HydroxyCut most review about the jitters is correct. hahaha...

    I always have heavy lunch most of the time ubos... but today... muntik ng di maubos LOL [might be because of the jitters?]

    still feeling the jitters, the feeling is like I want to go to the gym and sweat this out!!!

    My stomach is like talking to me lol... will keep you posted... going to the bathroom now... lol

    as of 10.36am.

    This capsulte is very strong. di mabilang ang punta ko sa CR to urinate at pangalawang beses umibak. lol
    Inom lagi ng tubig!!!

    Sweating right now even just by seating! down, I am always in constant motion sa office,
    yung feeling na may energy na gustong lumabas sa katawan mo.

    I'll be going to the gym in 10:40am.

    Anyone has this same feeling sa mga nakasubok na?

    Update after Workout.

    Jitters was gone after.

    I have noticed that my energy really increase.
    in elliptical trainer, usually it will be around 80-90km/h with resistance of 15.

    but today, I have a steady phase of 110-115 km/h with the same resistance and not even tiring my legs!!!
    the sweat was dropping fast in just 4mins light cardio!

    I just really don't like the jittery feelings, I was in constant motion before the workout!

    Was not able to finish due to time constraint. I need to change my Workout Schedule after office hours.

    i would recommend to increase the intensity (speed,incline) kaysa mag babad ka sa cardio. (recommend) personal exp and most of my fellas undergoes cutting and planning to have a lower BF.

    yup, still following sir Maloy.
    may problem ako sa tan-tsahan hehehe...
    Ang akala kung 4-6 fail, eh kaya ko palang gawing 8 rep lol..
    kaya nagre-record ako ng mga weight na kinakarga ko. first week ko sa Max-OT last week. kailangan ko atang mag-change ng oras kulang talaga ang oras, WO ko kasi is ang Lunch break ko sa office wahehehe...

    Dati akong 104-105kg noong 2010 so naiintidihan ko sitwasyon mo
    though medyo nagulat ako at nagsimula ka ng mag Hydroxycut sa first month mo
    then again gumamit din ako ng lipo6 unlimited ng tinangka kong ibagsak ang bf% ko from 15% to 12-13%

    monitor mo ang skin mo, masyadong mabilis ang pagbaba ng timbang mo para makahabol ang balat mo. Unless bata ka pa, kailangan hydrated ka lagi at naka moisturize ang skin mo para bumalik ang elasticity nito. May mga bahaging lalaylay kung di na sya elastic. Kahit anong lotion pwede pero kung gusto mo unscented, meron lubricating lotion sa Japan Home o yung American ek ek for 88php

    wow ganda naman ng improvement ni sir @taga_ipil add kita sa mga inspirations ko like sir @beardugo2014 hehehehe ! aja! mawawala din yan im 5'8 1/2 and weighs 114 last April 23 and as of May 25 Im at 103.6 kilos , masusundan ko din yapak nyo hehehehe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Kapag bumaba ka ng 4 sizes, medyo pwede mo pa masalba ang pantalon, pero kunwari 38 ka noon tapos 32 na kailangan mo, mahirap na paresize dahil ang pockets ang problema. Ipon ipon ka muna ngayon habang tinatago mo ang "power levels" mo, para kung malapit na maabot ang target size mo at may event, pwede mo surpresahin ang lahat with well fitting clothes at ang Super Saiyan bod mo. Ah teka Bakalman ka nga pala sorry... Ironbod mode.
