I have noticed that my energy really increase.
in elliptical trainer, usually it will be around 80-90km/h with resistance of 15.
but today, I have a steady phase of 110-115 km/h with the same resistance and not even tiring my legs!!!
the sweat was dropping fast in just 4mins light cardio!
I just really don't like the jittery feelings, I was in constant motion before the workout!

Was not able to finish due to time constraint. I need to change my Workout Schedule after office hours.
MAX-OT should be 30-40 minutes but seems like time run fast. hehehe
Finish my WorkOut with ON Whey Protein Shake, 1 scoop, went to shower... back to work @ 1pm.

Parang nakulangan lang kasi ako dun sa muscle building sets mo sir ... unless ibang program na ang sinusunod mo
i would recommend to increase the intensity (speed,incline) kaysa mag babad ka sa cardio. (recommend) personal exp and most of my fellas undergoes cutting and planning to have a lower BF.

Dati akong 104-105kg noong 2010 so naiintidihan ko sitwasyon mo
though medyo nagulat ako at nagsimula ka ng mag Hydroxycut sa first month mo
then again gumamit din ako ng lipo6 unlimited ng tinangka kong ibagsak ang bf% ko from 15% to 12-13%
monitor mo ang skin mo, masyadong mabilis ang pagbaba ng timbang mo para makahabol ang balat mo. Unless bata ka pa, kailangan hydrated ka lagi at naka moisturize ang skin mo para bumalik ang elasticity nito. May mga bahaging lalaylay kung di na sya elastic. Kahit anong lotion pwede pero kung gusto mo unscented, meron lubricating lotion sa Japan Home o yung American ek ek for 88php

Kapag bumaba ka ng 4 sizes, medyo pwede mo pa masalba ang pantalon, pero kunwari 38 ka noon tapos 32 na kailangan mo, mahirap na paresize dahil ang pockets ang problema. Ipon ipon ka muna ngayon habang tinatago mo ang "power levels" mo, para kung malapit na maabot ang target size mo at may event, pwede mo surpresahin ang lahat with well fitting clothes at ang Super Saiyan bod mo. Ah teka Bakalman ka nga pala sorry... Ironbod mode.
