I've reached the point where my bro was going to sign me for The Biggest Loser

from type 2 obese to fanatical calorie counting maniac
Goal: Currently bulking up out of necessity. Will be transferring to a gym closer to work so that I could run more seriously. Shifting to Push-Pull-Oly Plyo or 5 Day Split depending on whichever workout will strengthen my CNS. Going to miss my old gym but will probably visit that place every once in a while.

actually the weird thing was I had it when Im doing leg press, siguro mali breathing ko or masyadong mataas yung poundage, pag push ko pataas nang weight, tumunog yung buto ko sa likod, pag tayo ko, sobrang sakit na. di na ko maka yuko. after 2 days, nag pa ortho ako nun, sa awa naman ni LORD, sprain lang daw. whew!
baka di ka sumadal ng maayos nung nag leg press ka pero minsan talaga nangyayari un pag mabigat na sobra. pero mas ok talaga pag nakalapat buong liko at ulo sa sandalan tapos hawak lang dun sa handle hehehe thanks sa info paps
Left hip side and prob.sore lang naman. Hirap magsuot ng jeans pero I can walk, run the stairs and probably do my squats workout by Friday. Pero grabeng foam rolling at warmup ako for thenext few days.
Didnt expect na nakakainjure sa leg press. Inaabot mo ba ang quads mo sa abs mo or nag oover extend ka na nagcucurve ang butt or piriformis ba tawag doon?
^ this, might be as well naka arc yung likod ko on the pushing movement doing leg press and at the same time, lifting too much weight that I can handle, :P
anyways, 2- 3 weeks ata ako na tengga nun, pano ba naman di ako makayuko, di ako makaupo nang matagal due to pag nag slouch ako, kumikirot, lagi akong straight body nun and lastly, 30 seconds before ako maka upo / maka tayo, ( slow motion).

Di ko pa kasi naaayos ang mga playlist ko, usually workout period ako nagkakaroon ng oras para isaisahin ang mga songs na ilalagay ko sa fave list. Pero one of the best sets ng EDM na narinig ko ay galing sa Ministry of Sound Running Trax 2014. Perfect for running pero perfect din for weights.
