lahat po ba ng gym may nakaready ng program para sa mga first timer? kasi baka mamaya mag muka akong ewan dun at wala mag sabi kung ano mga dapat kong gawin. im 5'4 80Kgs kaya gusto ko mag lose ng weight. d ko alam mga dapat gamitin.
mga sir after ng mahabang out of town sa trabaho ngayun lang uli nkkpag workout..
pero ngayun po eh boxing po napagtripan ko ngayun..
may katanungan lang po ako mga sir uli..

Mga brader, ngtatake ako ng Hydroxycut elite for cutting phase, mag memedical ako for abroad sa monday, magkakaroon ba ng effect un pag take ko ng hydro sa result ng medical? thanks! sana may nakaexperience na nito.
Wala yan bro, ako din before nagpamedical while taking fat burners. Animal cuts, green mag and white flood mga iniinom ko noon everyday at pasado naman ako. Pero para sure ka wag ka na muna uminom hangang monday.
question, anyone here doing supersets? I'm thinking it could cause overtraining but then again you could do close hand/narrow grip bench press for triceps for first set followed immediately by barbell curls for biceps, no rest in between.
so what's your take, you think it's quicker and effective/efficient since it saves time compared to traditional workouts? or these kind of workout is suitable for advanced BB and it could overtrain for those who just started? thanks
I'd say not overtraining, but overreaching. It's better to plan out your programming well than incorporate different variations to "quicken" things up a bit. Superset has it's place but not when on a daily basis. It also might work for you but you will eventually stagnate, get frustrated and fvcked yourself up.
Give it a try, would definitely give you a pump. But again, its not the pump that always count. Hehe
my other concern is, is it effective in bulking up? since I'm an ecto and bulking is my plan on doing and since there is no rest in between, you will definitely sweat a lot and you will burn fat quicker (just my thought).
the reason why I'm planning about supersets coz mapuputol ang program ko this week. I already have a laid out program (not the one on my journal, need to update that) and wednesday will be last day of WO this week, next wednesday na aq maka balik.

Kung gusto mo talaga magsuperset, go ahead, pero di mo mafefeel ang effectiveness when it comes to losing extra body fat with that. My take on this (if you're dead serious and you know you body well), do a mini-cut for a 1.5-2 week period to shed some fat, then go back up to your bulking phase.

for DB make sure you do flyes when flat bench and DB bench press when inclined. also if you're doing dips, make sure your form is for your chest. I do dips in a parallel bar for my triceps.

try it muna. it wont hurt. malay mo maging maganda result. i do supersets on a regular basis, parang wala nga ako nakikita na gumagamit nun dito. alot of people get confused by reps schemes and bodybuilding techniques. there is no specific rep range or percentage of weight that applies to bulking or cutting. all reps count, all techniques matters, lift the heaviest possible weight with as much reps. that applies to whatever goal you are working for regardless if you are starving or pigging out. Intensity comes in many forms, dont be a slave to one particular type of intensity
