i started working out at the age of 20 (inconsitent workout though.. 3mos on 4mos off..). sick and tired for people calling me "fido diddo" or "giraffe and others.. people describes me as "parang chicken wing na kayang kaya putulin" because of my structure.. 5'8" and 40kg and having a waist size of 21in.. 100% not genetically gifted!! the 1st time i went to the gym was terrible! threadmil for 20min stretching for anouther 20 mins.. and the instructor asks me to use all the machine in the gym (para daw matry ko muna lahat).. i remember lifting a bar without any plates for my benchpress with a spotter!! next session.. no more instructor.. so i did what i did on my 1st session and it did happen for few months LOL! experienced some bullied gym guy saying "pre alternate tayo" then putting some heavy weights and i ended up using other equpiments.. some gym guy will tell me that i should do chest workout.. for few months im going to do chest workouts only for 3-4hrs!! like a sponge absorbing everything regardless if its right or wrong.. then i realized that i look like an idiot in the gym because of my structure and what im doing inside the gym.. and that gave me an inspiration saying to myself.. "one day im gonna earn your respect".. i did some research.. and a lot of trial and error.. or should i say.. error and error LOL!! then i learned how important diet is.. how important rest is.. ditching away those stupid know abouts..
now, for two years im currently doing a home workout using a pair of dumbels and a flat bench.. one thing i learned is that.. look at your frustrations as an inspiration..

Poor gym guy got bullied... [size=x-small](LOL, wut?)[/size] Kidding aside. I don't see how alternating with some tank on the bench is a form of bullying. Pwede elaborate? Baka ibig mong sabihin hi-nog na yung bench pagkatapos niya sa set niya at di ka na pinasunod, o iba?
8 yrs. Pero ilan yung yrs/mos nang consistent?

Hindi mo maiiwasan yung ganyan, mas lalo na sa mga kanto o bakal gym. Agawan din kasi ng plates. Ok lang naman kung minsan lang nangyari. May mga tao talagang nagmamadali at may hinahabol na oras...
