    good luck bro! bulk ka lang ng bulk :) pag nakita mong masyado ka na mallaki, cuts na hihihi :) swerte mo bro kasi newbie ka pa lang sa BBing nadiskubre mo na tong napaka useful site na ito ! :)

    salamat pre!oo bulk lang ng bulk ngayon, mga 50 mins to 1hr lang ako sa gym kasi baka maubos laman ko.haha.salamat very useful dame ko na tutunan dito sa forum na to.

    dagdagan mo ung bigat maski maka 5-8 reps ka lang tapos 4-5 sets sa main pressing movements.

    mga sir pacheck naman yung shoulder workout ko kung tama ba ?
    sariling gawa ko lang mga sir di ko na gagamitin kasi yung binigay nung trainer namin sa gym 2months ko na nagamit ibahin ko lang sa 3month ko.

    workout 1:
    front dumbbell raise 4/12
    side lateral raise 4/12
    uprihtg barbell row 4/12
    dumbbell shrug i do 3 sets of shrugs till failure?

    workout 2:
    front dumbbell raise 3/12
    side lateral raise 3/12
    uprihtg barbell row 3/12
    military barbell press 3/12
    again dumbbell shrug i do 3 sets of shrugs till failure?

    ano mas ok 1 or 2?suggestions mga sir??salamat!

    for me , work out 2...
    my exercise routine for shoulder, 3 lang,
    OHP ( 5x5)
    side lateral raise ( 3x10 / 12)
    barbell shrug ( 3x12 / 15)
    heavyness nga lang,
    :P
