    Try make your SQ numbers keep up with the other two big lifts!
    Kung magawa mo 'yan, isa kang rare breed! Unless may medical history ka na na-injure o nag-undergo sa surgery(minor/major) ang lower body. But I still believe you can still bust that weight up! You just need to work your legs more; walk harder!

    BTW, Good job on that aesthetic progress there!
  • My scolio keeps bothering me with regards to my focus. (8 degrees slightly tilted to the left). Ive experienced excruciating pain from the lowerback to the right thigh before, when i tried to sq 160 lbs. I know it aint an excuse to lift heavy. But the idea of the pain keeps on hindering my performance. Anyway, im trying to increase that stat a step at a time.

  • mga sir, sa experience ko medyo mahirap magbalance ng barbell during backsquat. kayo din po ba?
  • nung una lang. hawakan mo ng mahigpit yung bar, wag basta ipatong sa balikat. kaya whole body exercise ang squat kasi kelangan ng assistance ng upper body.

    Medyo sir pag short bar. Pag long bar wala masyado problema sa balance. Hehe

    Tagal na din pala sir. Nasa bulk phase kasi ako ngayon kaya muka akong lumapad at tumaba.
  • Decision niyo naman yan sir. You can do lean bulk too if you want.

    12 weeks training - done last sunday
    (January-march)

    Deloading for 5 days (started yesterday)
    Monday - rest
    Tuesday - hiit
    Wednesday - rest
    Thursday - hiit
    Friday - rest

    Feb - april results
    1. Weight still the same. Though i increased tdee to 2.8k-3k cal
    2. Strength increased for most of the training. Some days were 'off'
    3. Included hiit workout during rest days

    mukha namang di ka nag ga-gain ng fat esp sa stomach area. anak ng diyos! lamon lang then observe kung minimal fat gain ka lang then continue!
