    Noob Questions mga bros.
    1.which is better to take?creatine before WO or BCAA during WO?
    2.how do u calculate the weights u lift?ex. DB bench press 30kgx12 ,is it 30 kg in total or 30 kg ang weight ng isang DB?

    gandang hapon mga ka pbb, ano po ba mas magandang program for back?
    eto po kasi ung program ko ngayon
    barbell pull over - 12 x 4
    pull ups wide - 12 x 3
    close pull ups - 12 x 3
    barbell row 12 x 3
    t bar 12 x 3
    deadlift 12 x 3

    tapos eto po ung mga kadalasan kong nakikita sa gym
    wide pull down back neck 12 x 3
    wide pull down front 12 x 3
    close pull down 12 x 3
    cable rowing 12 x 3
    barbell row 12 x 3
    dumbell row 12 x 3
    tbar 12 x 3
    deadlift 12 x 3
    hyper extension 12 x 3, ano po ba ang mas magandang workout ??
    70 kgs po weight ko 5'8 height ko
    gusto ko po sanang lumapad ung palikpik ko parang si batman

    No offense bro ang dami mo ng post na ganito.
    Puro parinig.
    Tumino na yung pinariringan mo kaya kapag tutuloy pa natin ganito lalo magiinit tong forum.
    Wala naman masama sa sinabi ko ang dami mo ng sinagot at nagparinig ka pa.
    Lalake tayo dito, kung may gusto tayo sabihin rektahin na natin at kung para kanino yun.

    I understand you bro :-) regarding sa parinig, wala ako pinaparingan. Sinasabi ko lang un kasi un nararamdaman ko on that specific time pero it doesnt mean na parinig yun :-) Sorry kung medyo nagiging double meaning sinasabi ko. Sorry kung medyo careless ako sa post ko.

    1. mostly, creatine ang ginagamit talaga prior to your training pero pwedi rin sya after your training :) sa BCAA naman, base on many hearsay, its should be taj=ken while working out :) HTH

    newbie lang! my question is how many exercises for each muscle for example I usually do 5 different exercises sa chest ko.sa bicep ko naman 4 to 5 exercises hindi ba over training yun ?ok lang ba yun? salamat!

    ^For me, kung ilan kaya mo gawin mo. Pero make sure na kaya mo pa din tapusin ung buong program mo.

    there is a saying, "less is more" and "short but sweet" - from some bodybuilder forumer here :P

    pero since newbie ka palang sa BBing at syempre iba pa yung kondisyong ng maskels mo, yung dami ng training exercises mo idepende mo muna per body part.
    Mas bigger part n body mo mas madami dapat. Like back and legs, daming laman nyan kaya atleast 5-6 exercises. at yung sa ibang body part, 3-4 pwede na :) Basta make sure na dapat palaging tama ang form mo, execution at intense na rin dapat :)

    Pero always keep in mind na ung umuubra sakin ,samen, sa kanila eh maaring di uubra sayo kaya pag aralan at ramdamin mo kung saan ka mahihiyang. HTH :)

    salamat mga sir!

    siguro effective naman yung program na binigay ng trainor ko may pag babago naman after 2 months hehehe na ninigurado lang. saka mga sir are amino acid tablets worth taking ba?effective ba?sabi ng isa sa gym namin amino tabs are waste of money .? 4tabs a day pa naman ako yung 2222 . 2 tabs before n 2 tabs after ng workout.(nag wewhey protein din ako 1 scoop after workout)

    newbie ka pa sir pag dating sa BBing kaya dami mo pa gains na makukuha :) basta kumain ka ng marami lalo yung mga healthy foods (hiigh on protein, fiber, etc) then train wisely :) Since may trainor ka, follow him pero ung mga tinuturo nya sayo, i research mo rin kung tama ba talaga just to make sure :) at be consistent at motivated palagi para lalong dumami gains :) at wag na wag kang maiinip! pramissss hahaha :)

    ok DAW ang amino masakit lang sa lalamunan pero kung ako sayo, whey at creatine na lang muna then kung may extra money ka pa, add mo yung fishoil, multi vitamins at vitamins sa buto :)

    my fish oil din ako mura lang naman kasi di katulad ng whey powder mahal anyway sir kung ipapalit ko ang creatine pano itake yun before and after rin ba ng workout or everyday?saka sir ok lang ba ang creatine na caps yung weider?ano ba ma rerecomend mo sakin ? salamat ! cheers

    regarding creatine, eto link, backread ka bro madami ka matutunan about creatine. http://pinoybodybuilding.com/Thread-Creatine-Thread pero ako, before and after training hinahalo ko sa whey ko. kung wala kang tarining pede rin naman. basta drin alot of wate palagi. yung weider crea, ok naman kaso meron pang ibang mas ok na option na mura din naman. regarding expensieve whey, try mo promatrix7 mura lang naman yun kung kay sir allen, sir mighty o sir predator ka kukuha :) special prize para sa PBB memeber!

    ako binabase ko sa number of sets per bd prt rather than number of exercises. eto sinusundan ko.

    Legs - 14-20 sets
    Calves - 6-10 sets (possible twice per week)
    Abs - 6-10 sets (possibly twice per week)
    Back - 12-16 sets
    Shoulders - 9-12 sets
    Triceps - 8-10 sets
    Biceps - 6-9 sets
    Forearms - 4-8 sets
    Traps - 3-6 sets
    Chest - 12-16 sets

    Mga mandirigma baka matulungan nyo ko. Ang main concern ko kasi mag isa lng ako lagi nagwwo kaya walang spotter. Ayoko naman mang istorbo sa iba lalo na't 4 sets / exercise ginagawa ko. Eto chest wo ko:
    1. Incline smith machine press (hirap kasi ako iposition mga db mag isa kaya sa smith)
    2. Flat db press
    3. Decline db press
    4. Db flyes
    5. cable cross overs
    Recently nalaman ko na redundant pala pag nag decline saka flat press. Ano kaya magandang isubstitute sa no. 3 na malakas magpalaki ng dodo hehe? As much as possible free weights exercise sana mairecommend nyo. Tia

    DIPS! at kung nagaanan kana sa bodyweight mo, add some weight (dumbels or plates or chain (gaya ng nakikita ko sa YT) hehehe

    tanong lang.

    pwede bang 1 body part per day?
    medyo limited kasi ang time ko for workout ngayon due to work and medyo nag fofocus ako sa cardio pero i find time naman to allot at least an hour per day.

    kalimitan kasi 20-30 mins ko threadmill - iba yung high na binibigay sakin when i see my mileage rack up :)

    then mga 20- 30 mins naman for weight lifting.

    tapos shower then balik sa work.

    ok ba ito? or bawasan ko ang cardio like every other day na lang tapos mag 2 parts per day na lang?

    one body part per day ay ok lamang mahalag na itrain mo sya bast tamang form, tamang poundages at tamang intense workout :)

    Imo, pull ups. Pero di ko pa kaya mag pull ups, kaya lat pulldown nalang ako.

    i started from 1-2 reps,now i can do 12 reps. tiyagain mo lang.

    pull up at chin up syempre. mahirap sa una pero ano bang madali sa simula pag dating sa BBing?

    Ako i recommend muna pulldown then pag may lakas ka na try mo naman pullups.. then pag kaya mo na pullups, heavy ka naman pulldown, pag nakaheavy ka na pulldown, try mo naman pullupa pero meron ka ng nakasabit na dumble or plates kasama sa pull ups mo. Pero warning ko madali lang kung babasahin mo. Pero napakahirap talaga sa una.. kaya goodluck atay motivated.

    Kamusta mga ka PBB. ask ko lng kung ano ma issuggest nyong good work out para mas gumaan ang katawan ko, mag ttrain ako ng swimming lesson after that mag life guard training ako sa redcross. anong exercise ma irerecommend nyo thanks
