Cardio while bulking

Mga idol,

Ok lang ba mag cardio kung nag bbulk ka? Gusto ko kasi makuha yun best result ng pag wowork out ko. Right now, Im guessing na Im on the right bulking track. From 165+ lbs dati ngayon nasa 180 na ako (3 months consistent training).

Ang gagawin ko sana, mag cardio (jogging, swimming or HIIT/Insanity) ako ng max of 30mins (1-2x/wk siguro) pero same calorie intake at macros pa din ako same as my workout day.

Kaya ko lang naisip to kasi mas gusto ko may ginagawa ako pag rest day ko. Sayang naman kasi yun Sat or Sunday na bakante ako.

    ^pwede yan, bulking, cutting or kahit hindi sa mga hindi nagbubuhat.

    ako mag cardio ako ulet basta may extra time, ang reason ko is to my heart health, wala lang, trip ko eh.

    I know I am lifting heavy weights, kumakain ng sakto sakto o sobra o alike pero I want my heart as best pa rin.

    Basta kumpleto tulog ko mag cardio ako ulet hehe sa ngayon asa pa.

    tanong lang po, yun po bang regular na mahilig mag lakad eh pwedeng cardio na rin? yung taas baba ng hagdan at pati active sex life?

    Saken fan ako ng cardio either bulk or cut, it has a place in our gains eh.

    Pero ayaw ko sa FUNRUN!!!!!!

    Pwede kaya nito mabawasan yun side belly fats ko kung nag bulk? I mean, maiwasan lang yun ganong pag laki ng tagiliran?

    ^hindi pipiliin ng katawan mo kung saan bodypart sya magbabawas ng fat. pero malaki ang chance na mabawasan yan lalo na kung majority ng BF mo ay nandyan. pero expect na liliit din yun ibang parts lalo na kung konti lang muscle mass mo. dahil newbie ka lang, possible na maging maganda ang result ng added cardio kahit nagbubulk ka.

    Sounds good! Yun belly ko lang naman major concern ko. Sa tingin ko kasi malaki inimprove ko sa training ko. Pero kulang pa sa gains kung babawasan yun fats.

    gumawa ka ng battle plan mo when to attack a cardio ( HIIT or LISS ) wag sobra, kasi pag madami na workout days mo tapos may active rest day ka pa as cardio day, need mo talaga taasan nanaman ang calories mo since matindi na activity level mo, kung di, RIP muscles

    Ako mahilig ako mag cardio eh especially when there's zumba or aerobics session. Tapos nag bubuhat din ako more on body weight exercises. Masama ba yun para sa nag papa bulk?

    Ahh di ba dapat? Mahilig kasi ako sa mga activities lalo na sa health eh kaya sabak lang ng sabak pati sa fun run. Dapat na ba itigil mga bro

    chickboy, ganito yan. madaming activities for overall health pero dapat ginagawa regularly like yang running, aerobics, swimming etc. kaso bodybuilding is different, nagpapaganda at nagpapalakas kami ng katawan to the point na minsan risky na din sa health namin kagaya ng injuries. kung gusto mo gumanda katawan mo magbodybuilding ka, hindi kagad gaganda katawan mo pero kung consistent ka, hindi ka lang magiging healthy, strong at aesthetic as fuark pa! :)

    Natawa ako sa zumba ah. Kung didiskarte sa chick na nagzuzumba, pwede nang rason!

    Going back to the topic; I think cardio won't hurt your gains as long as it's in line with your goal and put on the program effectively. LISS though, will hurt your gainssss when done for a long period of time e.g. treadmill all day, or joining the fun run LOL. I'm definitely not against it, but I'm not a fan.

    may may nag zuzumba sa gym sa office namin , tawag namin dun motivation, ( if you know what I mean :P)

    about sa cardio, as long as HIIT naman yung form nang cardio mo,( and doing it, let's say, twice a week? ) I don't think that there's something wrong with it naman, pwede ka ring mag basketball, mag soccer, etc.
    wag lang yung 1 hour kang nasa treadmill na tumatakbo na walang pahinga ah, ano ka training for marathon :P

    The amount of fat loss (not weight loss) HIIT produce is way higher than a conventional cardio. I remember Layne mentioning HIIT cardio must be an all-out, calling it a day workout that you almost throw up when done. HIIT cardio is a lot better, but LISS still has it's place.

    Pwede ring circuit training ang cardio mo. Keeps your heart rate up while lifting weights. :)

    Concentrate ka sa Basics.

    Squats

    Deadlifts

    Dips

    Work ka to gradual overload, slow and deliberate reps. Mas papayat ka pa sa mga yan kaysa sa kahit anong cardio

    basta ako im doing cardio for the sake of my heart health.. pero di ako focus sa fatloss dun. considered as workout days ko sya once na ginawa ko..

    Kung hearth health pwede ka rin mg long-distance - it wont hurt that much as long as its not more than 10 miles. Endurance running kasi da best sa puso parin talaga.

    Try mo rin to do more supersets and giant sets using major lifts ewan ko kung di ka hingalin.

    nag 10km din ako before at fuma fu run pa ko hehe pero dati un, ngaun pagmay oras sa madaling araw itatakbo ko talaga hanggat maari

    Also read that sprinting or HIIT in general helps aid in recovery and building mass. Just look at the sprinters, swole as fk. Personally just started doing HIIT after lifting and planning to add sprinting sessions on rest days. GL brah
