Sino mahilig sa calisthenics?

Bakit hindi masyadong uso ang calisthenics dito sa pinas?

    Calisthenics na experience ko lang to nung hs ako during my basketball days.. ginagawa namin for example dampot tae, pabanda sa board, x defensive pose routine. At iba pa.. sa mga atlhete ginagamit talaga for conditioning and flexibility.. pero of course pwede din natin gawin..
  • Pull ups lang ata ung uso satin pagdating sa calisthenics noh!? Ung muscle ups tyaka dragon flags etc na try mo na ba?? Parang beneficial din kc sya

    part ng workout program ko now ang calisthenics and 1 month ko na ginagawa.. MWF weight training, Sat(push) Sun(pull) galing sa madbarz.com ang calisthenics na kinuha ko..

    May kaibigan ako calisthenics ang training nya pero naka focus sya sa parkour,

    nasama sya sa gym namin para mag muscle ups, weighted dips, weighted pushups, weighted pull ups and chin ups, dragon flags, at mag Deadlift at power cleans.

    ehdi hindi na calisthenics yan? crossfit na yan.

    once a week lang boss pag need nya ng resistance using plates etc from the said workout. on normal daya he's more of a bw training and parkour. kelangan din nya strength training ng posterior chain nya para sa parkour. that doesnt mean he's into crossfit.

    I do calisthenics. I've only just started coming from training the Olympic lifts (clean and jerk/snatch). Lost weight, but not shape.
