    ^ Hindi naman steroid ang creatine para kailangan pa i-cycle.
    PERO, Pwede mong i-cycle, personal preference na lang yun.

    Ako nagcycycle ako ng creatine PERSONALLY kasi mas gusto ko ulit yung "kick" niya kapag bumalik ako after 4 weeks na walang creatine.

    Pero wala akong sinusunod na panahon kung kelan ako titigil, basta pag ayaw ko na or parang hindi ko na masiyadong maramdaman yung effect tigil ko for at least 3-4 weeks.

    Again, PERSONAL choice lang yan.

    If people would know how to backread alot and lot and lot.. ma babawasan yung tanong na ganitong cycle or so.

    Ako first time ko magcreatine , backread lang labanan tapos pag may kalabuan mag PM na lang ako.

    pareho lng yan bro basta ma meet mo yung 5grms of creatine per day pero i'd prefer the powder form unflavored pra walang hassle i mix sa whey protein and choose a good brand of creatine so far yung promera sports concret and HIT creafusion swak na swak sila i halo sa whey.

    The best Creatine Supplements (for me):

    Gaining dry Mass:
    - CELLMASS (BSN) - before and after your workout. I stack it with VITARGO
    - Hydrobuilder (ON) - Postworkoutshake with Creatine

    Power:
    Creatine Pyruvate (GN) - 3 Caps 30 Min. before your workout -

    Power and get shapped:
    Kre-akalyne Pro or Black from (EFX) use Creatine without gaining to much water. This creatine shouldnt transfer to the harmfull creatinin in the body.

    I use creatine. But never more than 5g before and 5g after the workout. The best results i get if i stack Creatine with Vitargo (or other fast Carbos) and some Aminos.

    mga sir what are the benefits of creatine ba?pampalakas lang ba mag buhat or pampalaki din ng muscle?salamat mga sir whey protein and amino 2222 lang iniinom ko . so far lumaki naman yung katawan ko con fair sa dati na skinny ako .newbie lang sa bodybuiding.
