I started lifting 3rd quarter 2013 primarily for strength training to improve my cycling. I did SS then, I got strong and also got fat :P I didn't quite comprehend (or did not bother to) the nutritional aspect of it and just ate a lot. Now come 2014 I've learned things (and still learning) about nutrition, now lost 10 pounds (in 2 months) on a deficit and thus far have made gains strength-wise. Now thinking back, I could have added more pounds to my squat then if I was doing the nutrition I'm doing now.
I'm doing 531 BBB. I like it. My sessions are less than an hour and I can squeeze in a ride after the workout for endurance work.
Overall goal is get lean, add muscle, get stronger; ride faster, harder, longer.
Short-term goal, kikay goal, lose the fat so I look the part

May side effect pala un. Lumalaki nga katawan, pero ung wallet numinipis lol
Tama, halos lahat ng muscle building food or supp may side effect? At tama ung sinabi nyo na epekto! Lol hihihi
gusto ko wallet hypertrophy.

Besides 12g fat, 47carbs, may reason ba to avoid it?
