New member from cainta, rizal

hi all, newbie here from cainta.

been lifting for 2 years, huminto last November due to fractured collar bone.
right now im planning to go back and hit the gym again. any suggestion and tips for those who experienced fracture is much appreciated. thanks

    ive had a fracture, tibia fibula. stopped for two years. trained again. doesnt bother me anymore. i even do roundhouse kick with shin bone. pero parang bago palang ung fracture mo. better get advice from your doctor bro.

    welcome To PBB. Bro my tip to you. Have your fracture X-rayed to make sure it has completely healed. Your collar bone takes alot of the pressure on just about any weight-lifting movements. If it is completely healed. Start slow, your back to day 1 again. Best wishescheers
