    Will probably end my cut muna. Fuck summer.
    Muka na kong non-lifting shit, from 154lbs down to 140, lumabas mga ugat ugat at seperation na hindi ko nakikita dati lalo sa delts area.
    Kaya lang fucking fail pa din sa abs at sa manboobs although very significant yung nawalang size sa belly area kahit si Red nagulat.

    My goal is already set for this year, we'll see what will happen.

    Allen, You look great man, alot better than your pic on your first page. If you want to bulk do it slow para konti lang fats ulit ang pumatong. Natural tayo so be patient, 'am sure you'll get where you wanted to. Payo lang baka you're trying to compare yourself sa iba don't.....Just do what's best for you.

    Mas maangas pa yung delt-arms mo kesa sa ibang malalaki na nakikita ko sa gym na naka sleeveless/sando! sa bodybuilding everything matters, size, aesthetics, shape, leaness, detail, vascularity etc. kung meron ka atleast 2-3 of those characteristics e accomplishment na kahit ano pang timbang mo. kasi lahat naman ng mga characteristics na yan ay sa salamin nakikita hindi sa scale :)

    tuloy mo muna yung current set up mo kung hindi ka pa naman magsisimula sa bagong program. pero cut mo na yung cardio. 1-2 sessions/week na lang.

    Oo bro tinutuloy ko muna, gang 2nd week ng feb siguro.
    Sakto pala nag cut na ko ng cardio kahapon at kanina.

    Yung mga nakaraang months medjo madami din akong sinusubukan, tinitignan ko reaction ng katawan ko lalo pag dating sa nutrition.
    Hopefully ma-apply ko mga yun ngayon, kita mo naman goal ko sa sinend ko sayo di ba hehehe

    Kung ako, ikaw lang makaka sagot niyan bro, halimbawa nagset ka ng timbang na gusto mo na 180lbs, e pag dating mo ng 170 pa lang muka ka ng lumba lumba, tutuloy mo pa din? Or halimbawa 180 ka na pero tingen mo kulang ka pa din sa size/muscle mass?

    @Allen, ok nga na nageexperiment ka kasi mas makikilala mo katawan mo. Majority talaga magagamit mo ngayon, but along the way madami pa adjustments kaya too early to lay out say a 3-month plan. Inaaral ko pa din yung sinend mo sakin, no problem sa goal, yung mga variables lang ang tinatry ko i-align para hindi magcontradict lalo na pag may strength & aesthetics na involved.
