Hi guys, balak ko kase mag high protein diet for a month pero i need some advices and more info sa iba pang klase ng diet, experiences. so ito po ang mga questions ko

yea nagets ko po sir. okay lang kaya kung walang rice na kasama sa diet ko? more on chickens meat and other, vegetables, canned tunas, oats and etc?

kasi wala ka pa sa position para magcut. sorry pero madi-disappoint ka lang sa gusto mo gawin. wala naman masama magcut kaso may tamang panahon dun.
hindi mo makukuha yung goal physique mo kung sa tiyan ka lang nakatingin pag nagpaplano ka ng training at diet. wag ka maging bikitima. dami na nahinto sa gym dahil sa pagkabigo magka-abs.
**P.S. kahit may abs ka, kung kulang naman package mo, walang dating yun. sa bading meron, sa chicks wala hahaha

Im already doing IF for roughly a year now started Jan 2014, although nagkamali din ako last christmas season thinking na ok na base weight ko nagdirty bulking ako, the result was bad for me, so I did IF again last Feb to date.
WO Regimen I do resistance training 3x a week, cardio once a week...hoping to be more consistent
Yes. But remember you want to maximize fat loss, you need to eat right. (*Not just because everyone call it 'junk foods', there's a room for those foods—CHEAT MEALS.) But at least you need to eat wherein you'll minimize muscle loss in the process.
In addition din sa sinabi ni Sir Core, most junkfoods are designed to hi-jack your system and make your cravings worse.
