Kung magawa mo 'yan, isa kang rare breed! Unless may medical history ka na na-injure o nag-undergo sa surgery(minor/major) ang lower body. But I still believe you can still bust that weight up! You just need to work your legs more; walk harder!
My scolio keeps bothering me with regards to my focus. (8 degrees slightly tilted to the left). Ive experienced excruciating pain from the lowerback to the right thigh before, when i tried to sq 160 lbs. I know it aint an excuse to lift heavy. But the idea of the pain keeps on hindering my performance. Anyway, im trying to increase that stat a step at a time.
nung una lang. hawakan mo ng mahigpit yung bar, wag basta ipatong sa balikat. kaya whole body exercise ang squat kasi kelangan ng assistance ng upper body.

1. Weight still the same. Though i increased tdee to 2.8k-3k cal
2. Strength increased for most of the training. Some days were 'off'
3. Included hiit workout during rest days

Medyo sir pag short bar. Pag long bar wala masyado problema sa balance. Hehe
