    Parang gym din, put in the effort and the gainzzz will come :)

    ^de brah kasi wala akong sinasanto dito eh, kinakalaban ko talaga pag mali ung mga service providers namen (designers, contractors, consultant) in the benefit of the company. Sa email mahinahon ako pero pag sa site na at kausap ko contractors siga ako hehehehe pero in a good way. di pwede kasi bait-baitan sa construction aabusuhin ka at paiikutin ng mga contractor lol. naririnig din kasi ng boss ko pano ko makipag usap sa phone lalo na sa contractors hehehehe :)

    Wala talagang perpekto, pero you put in the effort to make it somewhat close. Eh nasa late 20's nako iba na goals ko hahaha. nasa peak ako ng career and (life?) ko ngayon. Focused ako sa goal ko talaga mentally, physically(may stepback mini bulk lol) and career-wise.

    ^parang napaisip tuloy ako sa pupuntahan ng karir ko trabaho. ngayon kasi anything goes, happy go lucky @24. work,gym,pleasure,repeat. hindi ko pa sineseryoso work ko since first job ko pa lang to. considering mag 5years na din ako sa private company na to this coming June. #ShotsFired lol

    ^brah, same situtation tayo when I was 24 ganyan na ganyan lang din, di naman sa iba ang goal bat siguro nagka-goal ako hahaha. I was 26 when I decided to do something about my career and I think i'm on the right path and have no plans on stopping hehehe.

    2011-2013: Boring work, dead end career. 1 hour work tapos ko agad trabaho internet the rest of the day which I hate kasi pumupurol ako and I don't like that. lalo na ung magkukunwari kang nagtatrabaho hahaha. So decided to change field from design to construction naman

    Feb2013-Jun2013: Started working naman sa construction firm. Habol ko exp para lumawak field of expertise ko coming from 5 years sa design. Worked hard with the intent of working on areas im weak/lacking.

    July2013-present: Pinirata ako bale ng company ko ngayon hehehe. Pinilit ako pumunta sa interview kahit di ako interested before dahil aim ko nga exp. Decided to give it a go after consulting with friends and family. Ayun OK naman at syempre sabi ko di ako lilipat kung di nyo bibigay gusto ko hehehehe. Ngayon aim ko maging manager ng department na vacant hehehehe :)

    Di nakakapag log at di din maka OL sa dami ng activities ko pero good news is i'm still training despite of that shit hehehe. Di ko na muna i-detail mamaya na lang hahaha.

    Mukhang di ka naintindihan ni Mon, exercise order is irrelevant walang tama o maling order depende yan sa gusto mo at kung ano komportable kang gawin at kung gusto mo i challenge at ibahin exercise order mo para lang mas ma challenge ka madalas mauuna yung compounds such as squat and front squat, yung iba gusto unahin yung isolation movements to keep the blood flowing as warm up bago mag compounds depende sayo yan
