Napepressure na ang nga younger generations ngayon na mag-roids dahil sa pressure at taas ng demand for eye catching physiques. Who cares if they're juiced? Chicks love it and that what matters for most guys (atleast sa mga kilala ko). So tangapin na natin at i-guide na lang sila sa abot ng makakaya

Ang totoo wala din akong alam sa AAS lol, pero kung mas ok yun bago palang eh nagsstart na, wala din naman akong pakialam haha.

Ako kasi 5'10 at nasa 180-190 timbang ko at karamihan taba. Kaya di ko binasihan weight niya hahaha

to OP, gawa kang journal brah para don nyo i-discuss ng mga nakaka-alam ang mga tanong mo and your progress with the drug you will be using etc. pero isa lang journal gawin mo ha para hindi magulo wag apat :^^

i've been lifting for a year and a half now, serious lifting. benching at 190lbs for 6reps. when i first started i was 175lbs. actually nung 14 ako 210 lbs ako, tas nag papayat bumababa ng 175lbs. when i was 19 naisipan ko mag bodybuilding saka nagustuhan ko. nutrition is good so far. i'm hitting my caloric surplus daily and eating clean. i'm also a BSND student from UST so i know my diet is pretty good. (care of my dearest prof)
reason for taking AAS? I want to compete. Men's physique is my goal. gusto ko maging IFBB Pro. Gusto ko mag compete sa mr. olympia someday. (pls, kanya kanyang dreams lang yan.) hehe
first week of january po start ng cycle ko sir, ready na yung test e ko saka ung nolva. ang problema ko nlng ung mag tuturok. kelangan ko ata mag hanap ng RN na pwedeng maging GF at taga turok narin. hehe

Ako nag dbol ako 2 tabs before nung noob ako so technically half natty ako
