Hi All,
This will be my personal diary and road to become a Hipon like other members.
Let's start my story at year 2010. I used to be very fat before and weighed almost 200lbs (5'9 height). I tried meal replacement supplements to lessen my weight and body fat and luckily it worked a bit (probably lose 10lbs. after a month).
Then I switched to HIIT training (Insanity) for about a month but I didn't track my progress at that time, then I stop.
The next thing I did was I jog every other day after work and good thing is it work also but my body turned in to thin-fat and people around me noticed that I need to hit the gym to have a better body figure. Going to the gym was already part of my plan at that time and a luckily again, a new Gym establishment near our house opened.
From there, I started inviting my friends to come and join me with my adventure. My first day at the gym was on October 25, 2013 and it's been almost 2 months now.
I know that this will be a very long, exhausting, tiring yet exciting journey but I already set my mind to succeed in my mission to have a Hipon body!
Another thing, I did workout before for almost a year and stopped because of my school duties and obviously my exhaustion and dedication went to none.

My lifting stats:
Start:
Bench: 30lbs/20lbs incline
Shoulder Press: 20lbs
Back: 40lbs
Triceps: 30lbs
Biceps: 10lbs each DB
Current:
Bench: 70lbs/90lbs with spot
Shoulder Press: 60-70lbs.
Back: 80lbs.
Triceps: 70 lbs.
Biceps: 20 lbs each DB

siguro sobrang bilis mo mag drop ng weight kaya parang ganyan loose skin ang nangyari?

Im not sure sir pero matagal na kasi akong may man boobs e. Sa tingin ko din dahil diet lang ginawa ko dati at walang exercise kaya medyo saggy yun dating.
Kaya naman ba mahabol to sir ng workout?
I'll try to sir. Medyo wala akong leg workout for about 2 weeks now. Injured e. Tumama sa sasakyan.
Ok lang ba ang 5x12 program? Minsan kasi ganun pinapagawa sa akin ng instructor ko.
Pag gusto nya pukpukin ng todo yun workout ko ginagawa nyang 4-5x12 routine pero di gano mabigat yun weights tapos 25 secs to 1 minute pahinga lang. Pag mabigat naman 3x12 or 4x8
- Muscle mass
- Marikina sir.
Not sure e. Parang pang form ata at muscle building na din. May mali ba sa program?
Sa barangka sir near Riverbanks.
Question ulit. Ok ba gumamit ng pre-workout supplement or creatine?
Kung oo, advisable ba na gamitin ko na yun kahit mag 2months pa lang?
Sige tatanungin ko sya sir para malamang kung reliable talaga. Pero as fat as what I am seeing now e medyo consistent sya sa tinuturo nya sa akin. Alam lahat ng body parts na tatargeting at workout pero muscle group.
Pero ano ba talaga purpose ng 5x12 light weights at 3x12 heavy weights?
