^for me simple, no need to worry about it. If you can't complete some of those nutrition on your whole foods, then supps come in.
Syempre, for this question for me.. protein is the most important sa body building so dun papasok ang whey's ( basic ) dahil protein lang halos, imagine ang isang scoop ay roughly 20-25 grams of protein per serving then 1ish lang ang fats and minimal lang ang carbs..
other supps such as multivits, vit c, calcium, fishoils etc para sa mga hindi mo mameet on your daily needs..
Tulad ko, halos rare lang ako nagiisda so fishoil ako, hindi maka diskarte ng gatas, calcium, gulay halos mahal dahil sa ulan , multivits, vit c ( no brainer )
Pero dapat I'll make sure most of my nutrition coming from the food itself ( the never ending lean meat chicken breast, oatmeals, rice, eggs ) tho consistent ko kinakain sila para di na ko mahirapanan mag bilang at ballpark counting.
for me bro, try to be consistent or adhere yung diet / meal plan set up mo.. if you are almost hitting your macros at 80-90% then try buffering it on your supps if needed..
However, don't focus on these supps yet since you are just starting..Over time same as i am noon and still learning, malalaman mo rin yung usage ng mga supplements.. just stay focus on your eating whether your goal is bulk, cut or recomp.
For me I don't stress talaga sa mga supplements, napakadami at napakahaba ng choices..
Share ko lang sakin. Ngayon lang talaga ko nag ssupps kaya mejo hindi ko pa alam magandang ipag sabay2. Yung mga ginagamit ko based lang sa na research ko sa internet

JK kahit kelan pwede yan. Pero kung di mo alam kung para san ang isang supplement I suggest wag ka munang gumamit. At nga pala brah ayusin mo muna pagkain mo pramis. Fix the root of the problem!
