    Kasi in a year tha't pretty impressive physique not to mention yung lifts mo nasa normal range pa.

    sir Core, lam ko po napost ko na to dati pero post ko na din ulit hehe,..ndi po kasi ako pala picture dati, kung may pic man naka shorts or pants ako,..nito lang ako gumawa ng journal pictures para makita/mareview ko yung mga progress,...hehe,.

    updated po yung mga nasa journal ko,..yung nasa "Latest Photos" sa journal pic lng po ata ndi,..hehepero yung mga previous pic ko dito sa journal updated po,...compey weight ko po 130lbs...

    ako rin! pero ibang level gusto ko, maging inspirasyon ng mga may fuck up genetics at may deficiency na tulad kong may vitiligo na napaka baba ng self esteem ehehe..


    hanggang ngayon naglalaban kasi yung kumpyansa vs vitiligo-hiya-syndrome ..

    I wonder if I can do that pose on a stage despite of having vitiligo.. Hehe.

    Pero malabo siguro dahil ang labo ng trip ko hehe.

    1. Bawal ako sa araw, dahil sa absent ang skin pigment ko so no tan by using sun is a big no, skin cancer mauuwi sakin.
    2. yung tanning color ewan ko hehe

    sa tanning color tnatanong din nla kung may mga allergies ka,...pero tingin ko pasok naman sa skin m yun,... ako kasi ndi ako dun nag pa spray at isang coat lng gnwa ko,...na underestimate ko yung lights nila sa stage,...kea mdyo light yung color ko,...daming lights ehh unlike sa previous compey ko konting lights lng hehehe,...after pre judging nag paapply ako ng isang coat ng tanning spray nila and eto yung result:

    Hindi ko alam kung sakop ng bagong rules ng tanning yung compy na'to. Kung oo, IMO, sakto lang yung pagkakapinta mo...

    yup meron nga pong bagong tanning rules per IFBB competitors,..and inapply po dito yun,...na bawal na yung mga tanning cream n madaling ma rub off,..like dream tan,..hehe kea pnagsabihan yung mga competitor na may dalang dream tan na wag yun gamitin,..hehe dun sa pre judging parang ndi tlga ako nag pa tan,..malakas tlga effect ng madaming stage light :)
