  • Oo haha! Sa madaling salita Total. Kungbaga sakin ngayon 300 squat/180 bench/370dl = 850. Kulang pa ako ng 150 para sa goal ko na 1000lbs total.

    Kasi ang counted sakin ngayung natuto na ko eh yung maganda form at success lift..

    340 sa Sumo DL ( eto muna dahil istop ako sa Conv dL muna )

    190 sa BP

    so kung total nyan 800 pa lang. hehe wala pa ko dun. saka hindi ko muna iniisip yun hehe.

    Yung BP nga may halong takot pa yan dahil may experience na ko na nabagsakan kaya di ako gumagana dyan ng walang spotter hehe

    Yep, i have set my goal na parang Athletic Aesthetic hehe, kumbaga di lang pang kama pang isports pa lol

    Kumbaga not your usual body building routine, kaya slowly iniintroduce ko mga routine ko na takbo etc.. Sa ngayon kasi focus ako mag pa lean muna, pero in the long run may mga training ako na parang ginagawa ni vinch.

    Well, it's just me, gusto ko talaga bago sakin. Pero hindi ko naman kukunin lahat yun ng madalian kaya..

  • Na curious lang kasi ako Jettie salamat sa pag sagot. Sa totoo lang sa oras na ininvest mo sa training at considering hindi ka pa nag bubulk niyan. Your numbers in the future given the linear progression na nangyayari sa strength mo ngayon feels ko kaya mo maging competitive sa PL in the phutur kung natripan mo habulin maging Dan Green hahaha. Sobrang idol ko STR mo, 2x ako ng bodyweight mo pero mas malakas ka sakin at sa mga ibang tao ritong mas mabigat sayo.

    hehe I still have to focus on my first goal, to get lean and get stronger version. I can't forever stay at one goal, let see , besides this game never stops and it's a life long adventure. Who knows!

    Brah, sa limited equipments namin sa gym eh parang malabo yan hehehe ako kasi kaya dun ako nag stick sa gym namin dahil consistent ko nagagawa yung routine and adherance ko hehe.. siguro magbabago kung may malaapit na gym na oly bars and bumper plates.. baka iba na siguro pananaw ko..

    So for now, I have to take advantage what I have my tool right now!

    @core - Hey bro just to be clear, I wasn't discounting what you was saying regarding leverage. You are indeed correct that shorter guys have an advantage. Also, less distance to push weight from point A to point B. The stongest guys I was referring to in my above post that were tall are heavyweights & superheavyweights. I'm sure many of the lighter divisions have mostly short guys.
