  • you mean aesthetically pleasing?

yes that's one. pero ang mas important sa akin is strength, fitness and health.

how do you achieve them? diet plays an equal or probably the bigger part, but is there REALLY a workout program?

Wala kulit basahin mo nga journal ni jetsy.

Strength, finess and health pala priority mo mag MMA ka at marathon

pero basahin mo nga journal ni jetsy anak ng tokwa naman o
  • ^LOL . nagalit na si Master Yatez!
  • My understanding of strong is not just strong inside the gym or strong on your favorite lifts but being strong on everything. A specific program is not enough IMO, you need a multi-dimensional approach if you really want to be strong. But if what you want is to improve your lifts, there are alot of good programs na pwede mo gawin :)

Aesthetically pleasing.... you need years for this one because it's about balance. it will take years to make your body look balanced coz everything must grow. If you have a lagging bodypart then that would take more time to catch up with the rest of your body :)

Ayaw nga nya basahin yan sagutin nyo nga raw dito amp
  • Monch, wala talaga siguro katapusan to hehehe ang dating kasi sakin ng issue nato is:

    Goal: Strength gains with Aesthetics
    Training Method: Strength
Benefits: Develop strength in various lifts and hopefully get some good muscle development

    ibahin or baliktarin natin,

    Goal: Aesthetics with strength gains
    Training Method: Bodybuilding specific
Benefits: Develop an aesthetic physique and improve lifts

halos same ang goal ng madami dito, kahit baliktadin mo pa. Benefits might also have similarities but will differ in a certain degree. for a newbie, i feel that either of the 2 methods is beneficial. pero for most lifters na hindi na bago. Malaki ang deperensya nito.

hindi ako bias sa BBing, STR or PL even martial arts kasi i apply everything (except martial arts) to my training. wala man ako sinusunod na specific program na galing sa kung san man na site or libro, my approach is not one dimensional. I understand the BBing, STR, PL point of views kaya pag dating sa goal setting malabo talaga yung gusto mangyari ng karamihan. They should probably lower their expectations kung mixed up ang goal at training nila. sa case ko, if gusto ko magfocus sa STR isasantabi ko talaga ang aesthetics kasi hindi ako lalakas kung cable crossover ang gagawin ko, Kung physique naman focus ko baka hindi ko makuha yung gusto kong look kung DL ang tatrabahuhin ko halos every week. swerte lang ang mga idol natin sa YT dahil meron na silang STR at Aesthetics kaya hindi sila ganun kaworried kung may isacrifice sila for the mean time :)

Thanks, sir. Madami ako na-realize sa shinare mo. I'm just curious, why do you think people would like to be STRONG in the gym? Do you think they just want to brag about it? Or probably they believe that more strength is more muscle? Or pwede din na they're into olympic lifting? I can remember before may nagsabi sa akin na they incorporate lifting into sports. Bakit kaya? Just to look good aesthetically? Or they become stronger/ better in what they do too in some ways?

Pag dating naman sa aesthetically pleasing, medyo iba-iba pa din kasi ng pananaw pag dating dito I guess. Can we all say that a Piolo Pascual and a Derek Ramsay is aesthetically pleasing? Or probably the image posted above is an example for him? An Arnold or Dwayne Johnson maybe? Kung sakali kaya na magkapali-palit sila ng workout routine magkakapalit din sila ng body? Or talagang diet lang nagkakatalo? :)

ikaw bro, tanungin mo sarili mo muna? bakit gusto mo magkaroon ng magandang katawan, maging healthy at maging malakas?

that will answer all your questions above.:sport:

There are lot of answers because there are lot of questions plus the fact that there are lot of blurred questions so thus there are lot of fuckin answers.

One common denominator, do you want to look good whenever you woke up and feel awesome at the end of the day? Then train, but please do remember that that's just one side of the story, training is easy and brutal.. it's there, but the hardest part of achieving your goal is the eating part. Most of the time lots of people failed at this matter, some of us here admittedly having a hard time executing the proper macros , food etc and getting the right supplement. Besides, that's why God is a genius, we created different so it may work on me, may not work on you , vice versa.

Since this is the training thread, you really really have to know your true desire, mahirap mamangka sa maraming ilog pag isa lang ang bangka mo brader.

If you want to make sabay sabay dun sa malalakas sa gym nyo, then go for the strength... if you want to look yummy body go for it, train like a bb'er.. but don't expect the same result in a snap.

Just continue getting your goals, walk your dream and earn it.

wala lang kakagising ko lang lol

Dagdag ko lang, yung malalaking malalakas sa gym mo ilan taon na yon nag bubuhat hindi lang 1 month, 2months 3 months 4 months nag bubuhat yon taon na yon nag bubuhat kaka buhat nila in a BBer style of training lumakas na rin sila kahit papano hindi nga lang kasing bilis ng pag lakas ng mga PL at strength trainers na naglalaro ang rep ranges sa 1-5 which is adviseable in developing strength malamang 8+ reps ginagawa ng mga yan pero in time lumakas na rin, yan ang overlaps ng PL/Strength at BB style of training may mas mauunang ma dedevelop either aesthetics or strength ang unang mag shoot-up

    @vinch

I will reply na lang sa post mo el kapitan ayaw marinig ng crew sa ship voice ko hahaha.

I definitely and whole heartedly agree sa post mo esp newbies. Be it BB or PL/STR may gainzz pa din and in the long run nasa prioritization na lang yan.

But taray here is training on and off for like as long as he can remember and he wants to be strong and lean, sexy and ripped or aesthetically pleasing. Yeah everything can be done, but it will take time.

IMHO, nasa prioritization na lang ito.

Kung PL/STR training, strength first and the muscle gains will come din naman eventually.
Kung BB training naman. Sculpting/building muscles naman ang priority tas str gains will come eventually

Results over time na lang, if san mas willing to wait or willing to gain choose na lang.

Personally masaya din ung aesthetic tas demonyo pa sa gym (parang ikaw) lol. look and lift the part kumabaga hehehe. sarap din nung feeling na hihinto ung iba para lang panuorin ka bumuhat eh kaya nagaaral ako ng hybrid training ako next bulk.

Pero training is only a part of a whole, larger and bigger picture baka ma troll ako sabihin training lang hehehehe.
