The Newbie force is within you. That's your advantage:) To be honest cut or bulk sa stage mo, end product MIGHT look similar. Eat clean or with some shit, doesn't matter much (practical lang). Yan ang wonders of newbie gains. sa experience ko nung bago ako, i got big eating shit and very low protein. i lost fat also. had cuts, gained strength despite coming from a skinny fat frame. Hard to tell what worked since my body is loving the TRAINING PART (which basically is more important for a newbie) kahit all chest WO lang gawin ko dati. kasi the force is with me

-Gaya ng sabi ni vinch, we both have the same goal which is to get lean pero different situation(physically) and tools(training and nutrition) tayo to get there. IE gaya na lang ng pag deficit naten, IF has BIG satiating meals, saken kain manok lang tuka tuka lang (a stressor for me)
- I don't use strength as basis for my progress dahil perfectly understandable talaga ang STR loss sa cut gaya ng sinabi ni sir Braso. (wag ko daw intindihin ang paghina dahil diyeta).
-I don't do cardio on my "REST days" kasi di na rest day yun. Pero nag o-once a week pa din ako na 15mins to keep my cardio healthy. wala naman kasi akong other activity na maso-solve ung part na un.
- Been training on and off for 5 years (2 years solid & 3 years of kupsss training) and nasa newbie gainzzz stage ka pa na you should take advantage of hehehe.Saka eto pinaka natututunan ko sa pag reach sa goal ko, which took me 4 years to understand kasi ayaw ko tumaba/lumaki tiyan before. For BB'er/Aesthetic goals ah hindi sa STR or PL.

Selfie-selfie. I think i am at 75% of my journey towards them abzzzz. Talagang ang mga taba ko nag concentrate sa belly sila na lang ang kumakalog eh gaya nga ng sabi ni arnold if it jiggles, its fat.
Documenting my cut very well with photos dahil pag cinompile ko at gumawa ako ng album/vid madami pagpipilian tas magbebenta ako ng supplement LOL.
Di ko alam brah pero nakakapa ko na sila onting layer na lang ng taba hehehe. Bumubukol na din dahil tine train ko na unlike before. Natanong ko din ke vinch before na dapat i train pa din abs hahaha.

Step 1 : Know your BMR ( online calculators )
Step 2 : shoot for 1 gram per pound bodyweight sa protein or more kung trip mo
Step 3 : From your BMR , decide macro partitioning i.e 40 % protein/ 40% carbs/ 20% fats kung eto trip mo
Step 4 : Substract -500 on your BMR for atleast -1 lb per week ang fat loss for your cut
Step 5 : Buy kitchen digital scale ( kung gusto mo precision ka sa food )
Step 6 : Either google mo yung food, nutritional label or gumamit ka ng my fitness pal aps for the macros
