Nag bodybuilding ako kasi idol ko si justin bieber :lol Pero me nakita ako sa PBB na napakalaki ang katawan taz ung likod nya naka x taper. Nasexyhan ako sa kanya kasi parang babae ung likod nya. naisip ko na yun ang goal ko ngayon kasi phaggot ako :lol

So goal for the succeeding years would be to bulk forever, until i die para naman mahirapan gumawa ng kabaong ang funeral service :lol

    ok sir aloy il try to change my wokout. paulit2 lng dn kasi wrkout ko. iniiba ko lang ung rest time to between sets at dagdag lng ng weights. pero sa exercise minsan lng ako mag change.
    sa puyat naman d naman ako puyat in my line of work wala masyado ginagawa so di ako kinukulang sa tulog. once every 2weeks lng siguro pag nag trip akong manood ng porn napupuyat ako :biggrin:
    pwede na ba ako mag aas sir aloy or should i wait 1 year pa muna. parang nkakawala ng motivation mag workout kasi parang wala na progress.

    hahaha :biggrin: once evry 2 weeks na nga lang sir core.

    i mean ung progress ko po aesthetically at sa performance ko, sa bench press ko po im stuck at 110 lb sa 3rd set ko. ilang months na parang di na ako lumalakas.

    Try deloading on the bench press, then work your way up back again to 110lbs and see if it works out...

    yung meal plan ko po sir core from the start ay ganun padin. should i add more meat?

    ok sir core il try deloading mamaya. kailangan pause muna pala sa baba. natatakot din kasi ako minsan baka di ko na maitaas pag last 2 reps na :biggrin: but every set ko po eh full range. kelangan ko na talaga pala tumawag ng spotter. haha.
    san ka nagbubuhat bro? malaki ba yung gym nyo?

    maliit lang bro vinch, but ok naman i can workout every part. yun nga lang ung exercise limited lng sa available na equipments. Im here in mindanao bro.

    maganda dumayo ka sa malaking gym (kung meron). mas hardcore at malalaki mga tao mas maganda. magobserve ka sa paligid, tignan mo yung malalaki at malalakas. tapos sabihin mo sa sarili mo "madami pa talaga akong kakaining bigas!". gawin mo silang inspiration para lumaki at lumakas ka. gawin mo muna lahat ng pwede mong gawin ngayon bago mo iconsider ang AAS. madaming paraan bro, kahit pa magsteroids ka, kelangan mo pa din magbuhat, kumain ng tama at maging consistent :)

    maganda dumayo ka sa malaking gym (kung meron). mas hardcore at malalaki mga tao mas maganda. magobserve ka sa paligid, tignan mo yung malalaki at malalakas. tapos sabihin mo sa sarili mo "madami pa talaga akong kakaining bigas!". gawin mo silang inspiration para lumaki at lumakas ka. gawin mo muna lahat ng pwede mong gawin ngayon bago mo iconsider ang AAS. madaming paraan bro, kahit pa magsteroids ka, kelangan mo pa din magbuhat, kumain ng tama at maging consistent :)


    lahat ng gym ata dito sa amin nasubukan ko na. konti lng malaki dito sa amin bro. at sila parang exclusive lng ung mga knowledge. hindi tumutulong sa mga begginers. instead nagbebenta ng mga supplements at fat burners for profit. ive even caught one of them injecting something taz sabi nya chicken steroid dw para lumaki sila. hindi ko alam effective ba yun. or conducive ba un for human use. yung sa kabilang gym naman lage nya sinasabi wla daw xa diet kahit ano daw kinakain nya pero malaki padin daw xa sabay advertise ng supplements, tas pag uusapan nya na ung buhay nya. :biggrin:
    hindi ko naman intent na mag use ng steroid bro forever while bodybuilding. just wanna use until i gain enough muscle using aas then keep the gains without using aas na. Is this possible bro? mga 2 or 3 cycles lang den ill stop using aas na.

    mag deload ka nga sir, mabilis lang naman bumalik. saka mag dagdag ka ng carbs sir wag ka matakot na mag gain ng taba pa. ahaha. wala pa yang taba mo sa taba ko. ahahaha.

    agree din ako kay sir vinch, kala mo plateau na, yun pala di pa ahaha. may mga pwede ka pang gawin.

    pero in the end nasayo ang desisyon sa darkside. you have to be ready Physically, Mentally and higit sa lahat Financially. lol parang mali Physically ready pala ang higit sa lahat.

    You had me thinking about that statement. It is true that time is a luxury after all since we're not getting any younger and it is fortunate that vinch started early.

    Imho, if you think you are ready then by all means GO! Your base is good enough to start with naman sa tingin ko.

    Let's wait for the masters to chime in.

    Yung goal mo is just to be stronger and look good. At satingin ko yung looking good part ay na nail down mo na kung aesthetics lang ang pinaguusapan. Hindi ko pa naman nakikita face mo so hindi ako sure :P hehe.

    Impossibleng 110 lang ang genetic potential mo sa Bench Press pramis. You just need to deload at look into other people's forms.

    may progress ka naman in 1.5yrs who knows what will you become in 2-5 years time kung seseryosohin mo talaga. hindi mo naman kelangan umabot ng 10years or more para lang gumanda katawan mo at lumakas, sa dami ng info ngayon at dami ng pwedeng pagtanungan kaya mo makuha yung goal. if ang mindset mo ay ganyan na aas na lang ang option mo dahil nagplateau ka e mahirap yan. sino ba naman ang may ayaw ng mabilis na gains? pero 27 ka lang, parang sinabi mo na din na minimal na ang chance ng ganyang age or older para gumanda katawan at lumakas. madami nga 30+ na nagstart magbuhat pero willing matuto ng basics. maaga nga ako nagstart but a lot of those years were wasted din because of lack of knowledge, resources and extra effort. kaya kahit magkarga ka, kung hindi matibay ang foundation mo, babalik ka pa din sa simula. pero alam ko gusto mo na talaga magkarga, you want them gainzzz right? :) so go ahead. good luck bro :)

    Totally agree time is gold, We're not gettin any younger.. Marami nga ako nabasa na testimonial ng mga 40's to 50's na firstime nag AAS. Sabi nila sana kung maibabalik lang nila panahon dati pa sila nag AAS.... Pero kung mag AAS ka pag aralan mo mismo by yourself although it helps din kung hihingi ka ng advice sa forums, Pero pinaka the best is to invest knowledge, Kung gagastos ka na rin sa AAS, Gumastos ka muna sa AAS book guide ng mga kilalalang proffesional coach. Like Noman Riaz etc. Really worth yung pera mo na pinangbili mo ng libro dahil sa mga informations na makukuha mo galing sa mga kilalang pro's at base ito sa experience no bullshit advice. At makakakuha ka ng effective cycles complete informations supplementations etc.

    Pwede ka na lang ngumiti kapag makaka basa ka ng AAS related topics, At makapag bigay din ng informative infos, suggestive suggestions sa mga bagong gagamit nito.

    At basahin at pag aralan mo lahat para hindi ka mag dadalawang isip sa desisyon mong mag AAS o hindi, at lalong lalo na aware ka sa mga sides nito at pano gamutin kung mangyayari sayo, Hindi pwede na tinamaan ka ng matinding sides like lumiit etits mo halimbawa tapos tatakbo ka sa forums hihingi ka ng advice kung pano gamutin ito at anong gamot ang panlaban dito.

    Kapag ng AAS ka aside sa proper nutrition, intense training etc. Importante din ang proper combination ng supplementation kung gusto mo talga ng effective result nito.

    Ex:
    Fish Oil
    Vitamin D3
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin B12
    Multivitamins etc.
    Protein Shake or Weight Gain.

    Kung mag stack ka ng may halong high dosage na oral kailangan mo nito:

    Liver 52
    Kidney Flash

    anyway pag wala kang drinking habits. or di ka mag tatake ng 19-nor steroids eh wala kang problema sa atay mo. kahit na oral pa tirahin mo walang tama sa liver basta hindi 19-nor compounds. just my 2cents, may mga tao kasi na pag sinabi mong oral sasabihin agad nila MASAMA SA LIVER YAN! ahahaha

    yes bro monching, time is a luxury even billionaires cant afford. i think it would take many years for me to gain what bro vinch did gain for how with supplements only and nutrition, which i think would cost as much as aas would cost given the span of time.
    maybe tomorrow we will have responsibilities that would hinder us to try aas or even bodybuilding. at least if that time would come i just can show everyone that i was this BIG :bodybuilder: :lol
    i just want to see my genetic limit and maintain it naturally if it can be done. i would not even dare to go beyond that coz i never would want to compete. i just wanna look like bro vinch :P

    salamat bro nrg :) , il try to explore pbb group workout also. dami ko pa hindi natitingnan dito sa pbb. regarding sa form ko bro im always trying to improve it. i have almost 15 gigs of vids and ebooks in bodybuilding in my drive hehe. im into form rather than adding too much weights to prevent injuries. kadalasan nakikita ko sa gym namin so much weight but cant even move it half range. il try to see those links also baka may malaman pa ako. tnx again :)
