At isa pa kung gusto mo mag lose fat while building muscle simulan mo ng sumakay ng bisikleta, imposible yang gusto mong mangyari mamili ka lang CUT or BULK.

ok kung sa tingin mo sa kanin ka tumataba, then completely remove it sa diet mo, palitan mo ng kamote, oatmeal not instant rolled much better. cge try mo ng 4weeks yan, pero gaining muscle or lean mass while on a diet? men your just wasting your time,

di ko trip mag bisikleta sir ang pinaka cardio ko lang talaga sa gym is treadmill 40 to 50mins 5mins na bristwalk then 35 straight na takbo alternate sa buhat.
Anyway research ka pa about nutrition gamitin mo yung tintawag nilang google or search function dito sa forum.
